Not everyone is meant to wake up. I know that might sound harsh, but I actually think it’s one of the most freeing things you can understand. Not because some people are ‘better’ than others, but because every soul is here for a different experience.

Some souls came into this life to play a very specific role, and that role doesn’t include remembering who they are in this lifetime. They’re here to be the contrast, the catalyst, the mirror, the lesson. Don’t see this as a failure, but a function. When you stop waiting for certain people in your life to wake up alongside you, something in you relaxes.

But you’re reading this, which means you’re probably not one of those people.

Some people wake up with a lightning bolt. A loss, a diagnosis, a moment that cracks everything open at once. But a lot of us, myself included, were already on a journey before we knew we were on one. I wasn’t sitting in a crisis. I was just... following threads.

I kept falling down rabbit holes. One podcast led to another. One book turned into ten. Certain topics kept pulling me back in, and I couldn’t explain why. Looking back, I was already walking the path. I just didn’t have a name for it yet.

That’s how it works for a lot of people. And if that’s you, I want you to know that a quiet awakening is still an awakening.

The Shift Often Starts Subtly

Pay attention to where your attention goes.

The Universe doesn’t send you a formal invitation. It’s a lot subtler than that. It leaves things in your path and watches to see if you’ll pick them up.

It might be a book that keeps showing up. A podcast you stumble onto at exactly the right moment. A conversation with someone you just met that somehow goes deeper than it should have. A place you visit and feel something in. A poster on a wall. A single line someone says in passing that you can’t stop thinking about.

That’s not coincidence. That’s direction.

In the spiritual numerology that I practice called Soul Contracts, we believe the soul comes into this life with a blueprint, a set of frequencies encoded in the birth name that carry everything the soul is here to experience, heal, and become.

When you start following those threads, when you start noticing what your attention keeps returning to, you’re already in the process of remembering. You don’t need to understand it fully. You just need to keep following it.

You start to need space.

Not in an avoidant way. Not because something’s wrong. You just find yourself craving quiet. Long walks. Time alone. Fewer plans. The noise that used to feel normal starts to feel like too much, and you can’t fully explain why.

This isn’t withdrawal. It’s discernment. The soul, when it starts to come online more fully, asks for room to breathe. The busyness, the constant socializing, the never-ending doing, it starts to feel hollow in a way it didn’t before. That hollow feeling isn’t emptiness. It’s your awareness outgrowing an old container.

You start to see what was always there.

There’s a kind of clarity that arrives without warning. Situations you accepted for years suddenly look different. Relationships, patterns, dynamics that once just felt like life start revealing themselves for what they actually are. It can be disorienting. It can even feel like grief. But it isn’t a crisis. It’s truth making its way to the surface.

Seeing clearly is the first step toward choosing differently. And it’s one of the truest signs that something real is happening.

Your body starts to recalibrate.

This is the one I wish someone had told me about sooner.

As you wake up, your body is doing something too. You might gain weight unexpectedly. You might get sick more than usual, or feel exhausted in a way that sleep doesn’t fix. You might notice your appetite shifting, or tension in places you’ve never held it before.

This isn’t your body failing you. It’s your body doing its job.

When we carry old emotions, old beliefs, old versions of ourselves that we’ve outgrown, the body stores them. It holds onto things as a form of protection. And when the soul starts to wake up, when the old static starts to move, the body has to process what’s releasing. Weight can be protection the body isn’t ready to let go of yet. Illness can be old energy finally moving out. Fatigue can be the physical cost of a deep internal shift.

Be patient with your body during this time. It’s not behind. It’s working.

You become more sensitive.

Emotionally. Physically. Energetically. Things affect you more than they used to. Other people’s moods, loud environments, conflict, certain spaces. Your system starts registering all of it with more precision.

Sensitivity isn’t weakness. It’s a signal. As the soul wakes up, it starts receiving more information. What feels like becoming too much is often actually becoming more attuned. Learning to work with that sensitivity, to rest when rest is needed, to protect your energy without apology, that’s part of the recalibration too.

You start choosing yourself.

This one tends to be the most disruptive, because choosing yourself usually means something else has to shift. A boundary that never existed suddenly feels non-negotiable. A dynamic you tolerated for years starts to feel impossible. You say no to something you’d have said yes to automatically, and it feels right even if it also feels scary.

Choosing yourself isn’t selfish. It’s alignment. When the soul starts to remember what it’s here to do, it also starts to recognize what it’s no longer willing to carry.

You feel a pull toward something bigger.

This might look like curiosity about spirituality for the first time, or a sudden depth to something you’ve been drawn to for years. It might look like a pull toward healing, toward service, toward understanding why you’re here.

That pull isn’t random. It’s the soul beginning to orient toward its purpose. You don’t have to know where the thread leads. You just have to be willing to keep following it.

You’re not behind. You’re right on time.

This process doesn’t have a schedule. It doesn’t look the same for everyone. Some of these signs will land immediately and some might not apply at all, or maybe not yet.

If you have a 12:3 anywhere in your Soul Contract, I want you to know something before we start:

You’re not too much. You’re not scattered. You’re not doing it wrong. You’re doing exactly what this frequency does, and we’re going to talk about all of it.

This one’s a bit personal for me, because the 12:3 sits in my Physical Goals position. So when I say I understand this frequency from the inside, I mean it. With this being in a goal position, it’s asking me to expand in every aspect - emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and relationally. It’s asking me to create a life in truth and love in an intentional and balanced way.

It all seems so easy. Until it’s not.

What Even Is the 12:3?

In this system of numerology, every position in your chart holds two numbers, always. They’ll either appear as a doubled number, like 5:5, where the same energy runs through the frequency twice and amplifies itself, or as a combination number, like 12:3 or 11:2, where two distinct energies work together. With the 12:3, you’re carrying the full weight of both the 12 and the 3 simultaneously, and it’s the way those two interact that gives this frequency its particular texture.

Also, because some numbers repeat and are combined, when I talk about the 3 in this post, I mean anyone whose number reduces to a 3. That includes a straight 3:3, 12:3, and 21:3. The flavor of how that energy expresses is slightly different across those combinations, but the core themes around self-worth, expression, and communication run through all of them.

The 12 is an expansive, absorbing energy. It gathers, it grows, it takes things in and wants to develop them. There’s something naturally warm and open-hearted about it. It tends to see the good in people and situations, even when things are far from perfect, and it moves through the world with a genuine enthusiasm for people.

The love of the 12 is relational and present. It shows up as a real delight in the people around you, a quality of being truly interested rather than just polite. Warm, attentive, and quite devoted.

The 3 is the teacher and the communicator. It takes what the 12 has absorbed and wants to share it through writing, speaking, creating, and connecting (hello writing!). It also contains a polarity from Poverty to Wealth. This doesn’t just mean money, though money is part of it. It means the full journey from feeling unseen, unheard, and not quite enough, all the way to recognizing your own value and actually letting yourself express it.

People with 3 energy often come into life feeling a little overlooked, a little shy, like their voice isn’t quite worth taking up space with. The work of the 3 is to retrieve that inner wealth and bring it out into the world.

Together, the 12:3 creates someone who is constantly expanding, learning, and wanting to give what they’ve learned back to the world. It’s a beautiful frequency. It’s also one that can run itself into the ground.

The Nurse, the Mother, and the One Who’s Always Holding Space

This number has a very recognizable signature of this frequency: the caretaker.

Whether or not they have children, 12:3s tend to be the mother energy in any room they walk into. This shows up so consistently that it’s almost uncanny. There’s a reason why nurses, healers, therapists, and caregivers so often carry a 12:3 in their chart. It’s not just that they’re good at it, it’s that it’s instinctive. You see someone struggling and something in you just moves toward them. You want to hold space, check in, make sure everyone is okay before you’ve thought about whether you are.

People feel safer around this energy. They open up more easily. They feel genuinely seen. That’s a real gift, and the world needs people who move through it this way.

The shadow of it is that this same instinct can slide into over-giving without you noticing. When giving to others is easier than receiving care yourself, when yes is automatic and no feels selfish, when your worth feels most secure when you’re being useful, this frequency will teach you that lesson in real time. Usually through the consequences of ignoring your own needs for long enough.

The deeper invitation isn’t to stop being loving. It’s to bring that same love back around to yourself with the same generosity you extend to everyone else.

The Rabbit Hole Problem

I’ll give you a personal example of what this looks like in practice. Ever since I started diving into spirituality, it’s been like I can’t consume enough. Astrology, numerology, shamanism, Akashic Records, Past Life Regression, Light Language, meditation. I didn’t just want to learn about them, I wanted to do them all. And not just dabble either. I wanted to go deep into every single one.

That’s the 12 doing exactly what it’s built to do. This energy doesn’t graze the surface of things. It wants to go all the way in, absorb everything, follow every thread until it fully understands something. And the wisdom that comes out the other side of that process is genuinely real. When a 12:3 eventually shares what they’ve learned, it has a quality of being lived-in rather than just looked up.

But here’s where it starts to create problems. It’s not just the depth of the rabbit hole, it’s the number of them. The 12:3 doesn’t just go deep into one thing. It wants to go deep into everything, often all at once. And that’s where overextension becomes exhaustion.

I eventually had to make a deliberate choice to stop trying to do it all and commit to one modality at a time. To learn it properly, expand from within it, and trust that the right things would eventually come together. Soul Contracts felt like it brought so much of what I’d explored full circle. But that decision didn’t come easily, and it didn’t come without some version of burnout first.

The 3 energy is the other piece of this, because the 3 is on a journey from poverty to wealth, and in the early stages of that journey it tends to conflate doing with deserving. If I learn more, do more, know more, maybe then I’ll have finally earned my place. It’s not a conscious thought. It’s more like a quiet hum underneath everything, pushing you forward past the point where rest would actually serve you.

The 12 wants to expand. The 3 wants to prove something. Put them together and you have someone who genuinely cannot seem to stop, even when every signal in their body is saying it’s time.

The Burnout That Isn’t Really a Surprise

In every reading I’ve done and every celebrity chart I’ve decoded, if there’s a 12:3 present, burnout shows up somewhere in the story. Not always the dramatic kind, though that happens too. More often it’s the kind people normalize: a chronic tiredness that never quite lifts, a feeling of perpetually running just slightly behind, that particular exhaustion of someone who can’t seem to stop even when they’re already empty.

What makes this pattern so hard to break is that the busyness isn’t just productive, it’s protective. Staying in motion means you don’t have to slow down long enough to feel what’s actually there. And for the 3 energy, which is genuinely here to learn how to feel things more fully, that avoidance can run deep.

We’re not short on ways to stay numb. Scrolling, overcommitting, food, work, anything that keeps the surface busy enough that the deeper stuff doesn’t get a chance to come up. These aren’t judgments. They’re just what humans do when something feels too big to sit with. The point of burnout isn’t simply to do less. It’s to ask what you’ve been keeping yourself too busy to actually feel.

The Astrology Connection: Libra

The 12:3 resonates deeply with Libra energy, and once you see it, you can’t unsee it.

Libra is the sign of balance, beauty, relationships, and justice. Ruled by Venus, which governs love, value, and creativity, all themes that live right at the heart of this frequency. Libra wants harmony, wants things to feel fair, wants to create beauty in the world. Sound familiar?

But Libra also has a shadow side that maps almost perfectly onto the 12:3: the tendency to over-extend in relationships, to keep the peace at the cost of your own needs, to struggle with decisions because you can always see all sides. The indecisiveness that can come with Libra energy is often the same thing as the 3 that can’t fully commit because commitment means being seen, and being seen means risking judgment.

Libra’s highest expression is someone who has learned to hold the scales steady by honoring both sides. The self and the other. The giving and the receiving. The expansion and the rest.

That’s exactly what the 12:3 is asking - balance.

The Tarot Connection: Justice

The Justice major arcana card is the Tarot’s representation of this same energy, and it’s worth sitting with.

Justice isn’t about punishment or rigid rule-following. In its truest sense, it’s about balance, discernment, and integrity. It’s the energy that sees clearly, weighs both sides, and acts from a place of truth rather than fear or people-pleasing.

What’s interesting about Justice in the context of the 12:3 is what it says about where the real power lives. Justice doesn’t rush. It pauses, it weighs, it decides from clarity. The real work is learning to pause long enough to ask whether you’re moving from purpose or from the need to prove your worth.

The Justice card also speaks to cause and effect. What you put out matters, and so does how you treat yourself in the process. When the 12:3 learns to hold its own needs with the same fairness it extends to others, that’s when this frequency really comes into its power.

Light & Shadow in Real Life

When the 12:3 is in its light, you’ll recognize it immediately.

This is the person who makes you feel like the most interesting human in the room just by genuinely listening to you. The one who remembers what you said three conversations ago. The teacher who explains something in a way that finally makes it click. The friend who shows up with food when you didn’t even say you were struggling. The creative who pours something so honest into their work that it moves people they’ve never met. The caregiver who somehow still has energy for one more person even after a full day.

Love in action, expressed through presence, attention, and an almost bottomless enthusiasm for people and ideas.

In its shadow, this same frequency can look like someone who has seventeen things on the go and is excelling at none of them. Someone who says yes before they’ve even finished hearing the question. Who helps everyone and asks for nothing. Who keeps adding more because stopping would mean sitting with what’s actually going on underneath. It’s the slow drain of someone who gives beautifully and receives reluctantly. Who knows their worth intellectually but doesn’t quite feel it yet. Who is waiting until they’ve done enough, learned enough, helped enough, before they’ll allow themselves to rest.

Neither version is the permanent truth of who you are. They’re just different points on the same path.

What Integration Actually Looks Like

The 12:3 isn’t learning to stop being expansive.

You’re meant to grow, to absorb, to share. That’s genuinely your purpose.

The integration is in learning when to expand and when to pause. When to pour out and when to fill back up. When to give and when to actually let yourself receive.

It’s also about bringing what’s inside out into the world in a way that feels like you. The 3 energy has deep gifts in communication and creative expression, and one of the most healing things a 12:3 can do is stop waiting until they know enough, have done enough, or are certain enough. Just begin sharing what’s actually alive in you right now.

Your story, experiences, rabbit holes and recoveries, all of that is the teaching. You don’t have to have it figured out to be the teacher. The most powerful version of this frequency is one who shares from right inside the process, not from the other side of it.

And as the 3 moves from poverty to wealth, from unexpressed to fully seen, from hiding to claiming your voice, that’s not just personal healing. It becomes the most potent thing you have to offer. People don’t need a perfectly polished version of you. They need the real one.

Everything that follows is meant to be taken slowly. Ironically, the 12:3 will want to do all of it immediately and thoroughly. I see you.

Ways to Support This Frequency:

Slow down on purpose. Not as a reward for finishing everything, but as a practice. Play, rest, and creative expression without a goal attached are genuinely nourishing for this energy.

Let emotions move through you. Breathwork, movement, journaling, or working with a practitioner you trust. The 3 energy is here to feel, not just to do.

Express yourself consistently. Writing, speaking, art, singing, whatever form feels most like you. The 3 that stays unexpressed turns its energy inward in ways that don’t serve it.

Rebuild your relationship with your worth. This is the core work. Healing modalities like Reiki, EFT, energy work, or somatic therapy can reach the places logic alone can’t. So can simply letting yourself be loved without immediately trying to earn it.

Get honest about your finances. The 3’s polarity of Poverty to Wealth has a literal dimension too. The 12:3 can carry a poverty consciousness that links self-worth to scarcity. A weekly money check-in, just you and your accounts with no judgment attached, builds awareness and over time, trust.

Affirmations:

“I give and receive love in equal measure, and my gifts flow from a place of wholeness.”

“I am worthy, and my worth is my birthright.”

Whether the 12:3 appears in your Physical positions, Spiritual positions, or Soul Destiny, the ask is always the same: come back to balance. Come back to yourself. You’re not behind, you haven’t missed the window, and you don’t have to earn the right to rest.

You’re already enough. The 12:3 is just here to help you remember it.

If you’re a Gen X or Millennial who loved music in the 90s, this one is for you.

TLC wasn’t just a group. It was three women who challenged the norm, spoke unapologetically, and brought real life issues into the spotlight.

I remember exactly what that era felt like. Music videos on MTV weren’t just something you watched, they were an experience. It was bright colors, baggy clothes and condoms on glasses. Messages about safe sex, self-worth, and independence playing in between beats you couldn’t sit still to.

There was an edge to it. A confidence that didn’t feel manufactured. It felt like artists were saying what they actually thought, not what they were supposed to say.

And for a lot of people, Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes was the one you couldn’t look away from. She was electric. Unpredictable. Completely herself in a way that felt rare at the time. Even the group didn’t always know what she was going to say next.

And then one day, she was gone.

April 25, 2002. The day before my 18th birthday. I still remember the shock. She was only 30. It felt like there was so much more ahead of her. And somehow, those TLC songs still live on my Apple Music like no time has passed.

When I pulled Lisa’s Soul Contract, something shifted. The headlines fell away. The arson, the bankruptcy, the feuds… they started to make a different kind of sense. Not the tabloid version of her story, but the soul-level one.

Her chart is faciniatly and extremely creative.

The Woman Behind the Music

Lisa Nicole Lopes was born on May 27, 1971, in Philadelphia. The oldest of three, she was writing songs before the age of 10 and performing gospel with her siblings soon after. Her father, a U.S. Army staff sergeant, was also a gifted musician. Her parents separated while she was still young, a shift that would quietly shape much of her path.

At 19, she moved to Atlanta, and within a year became part of what would evolve into TLC. Alongside Tionne ‘T-Boz’ Watkins and Rozonda ‘Chilli’ Thomas, she helped form one of the most influential girl groups of all time. They would go on to win 4 Grammy Awards, and their album CrazySexyCool alone sold over 11 million copies in the U.S., an album that still resonates decades later.

In January 2002, she signed a solo deal and began preparing to record under the name N.I.N.A. — New Identity Not Applicable. At the same time, she was working on TLC’s 4th album. That same month, she traveled to Honduras, where she had been developing educational spaces for children on land she called Camp YAC.

She was fasting, filming and searching.

Not long after, her life came to an abrupt end in a car accident in Honduras. She was the only one who didn’t survive.

Her spiritual motto, later used for her foundation, was simple:

And when you look at her numbers, it’s hard to ignore how much they reflect exactly that.

What Each Frequency Reveals:

Physical Karma 4:4 - When Scarcity Becomes Abundance

Frequency 4 at its highest is one of the most generous energies in the chart. Those carrying it are naturally abundant, warm, and capable of creating fertile conditions for growth wherever they go. They trust life, trust others, and move through the world with an open hand. They share resources, knowledge, and love without needing to hold on. They are the ones who build things that outlast them.

Lisa embodied this completely in the final years of her life. She was in the process of setting up 2 educational centers for Honduran children. She paid for the medical care and funeral of a young boy killed in a road accident near her party, a child she had never met. She gave anonymously. She planted seeds in soil she knew she might never see bear fruit. That’s the 4 frequency in its fullest expression: abundance flowing outward, freely and without conditions.

The shadow of the 4 is where the karma lives. This frequency often arrives with early wounds around trust, instability, or abandonment. Those carrying it as Physical Karma are frequently working through experiences of scarcity, whether financial, emotional, or relational, that made it hard to believe the universe was truly on their side.

Lisa’s father left the family home when she was still in school. A strict, domineering household gave way to displacement, moving between parents, eventually landing with her grandmother. These are the formative imprints of the 4 shadow: an early lesson that stability is not something you can count on arriving from the outside.

The financial expression followed her into adulthood. Despite selling millions of records, TLC filed for bankruptcy in 1995, less than a year after CrazySexyCool made them one of the biggest acts in the world. Lisa explained it plainly: the money came in and went straight back to the label to recoup costs before it ever had a chance to belong to them. The 4 shadow creates exactly this pattern. Resources generated in abundance, and yet never fully in hand.

The soul lesson of the 4 is trust. By the end of her life, Lisa seemed to be living inside that lesson at its most elemental level. Building for others. Planting without guarantees. Learning, imperfectly and beautifully, that she was supported.

Physical Talent and Spiritual Talent 6:6 - Creation as the Only Language

When the same frequency occupies both Talent positions, it doesn’t whisper. It announces itself. Loud. The 6 is the energy of bringing things into form: vision into structure, inspiration into something the world can touch.

Long before TLC, before Atlanta, before any record deal, she was already creating. She and her siblings would put on full shows for their mother. She was writing her own raps as a child. That early instinct, to perform, to write, to build something out of nothing, is exactly what eventually got her noticed and set her apart from everyone else in the room.

By the time TLC was at its peak, she was the creative force behind the group in every sense. She received more co-writing credits than any other member, designed their outfits, storyboarded music videos, shaped their image and album titles, and built the stage for their FanMail Tour. She was not there to perform someone else’s vision. She was there to build.

The shadow of the 6 is proportional to its gift. When the creative channel is blocked, the energy doesn’t disappear. It finds another way out. Anger is one of the known shadows of this frequency, and for Lisa, that anger had more than one source feeding it.

A toxic relationship with Andre Rison that brought out the worst in both of them. A group dynamic that was slowly shrinking her creative role. A nervous system that never quite had a clean outlet for everything it was carrying. When those things converge in a person with this much creative charge, the explosion is rarely quiet.

Later, when her contributions to TLC were reduced to occasional 8-bar raps and several songs contained none of her vocals at all, she said publicly:

A 6 being told to make less, take up less space, create less, is not simply frustrated. She is being asked to work against her own nature.

Her solo project, her mentoring work with groups like Blaque and Egypt, and her Honduras chapter: all of it was an attempt to reopen the creative channel on her own terms. The 6 at its highest is catalytic. It builds things that outlast the builder. She was trying, until the very end, to do exactly that.

Physical Goal 8:8 - The Sensitive Soul Learning to Stay

The 8 frequency carries the archetype of the old soul who arrived here highly attuned, only to find the density of physical life genuinely disorienting.

At its highest, the 8 is clairvoyant, deeply empathic, and capable of blending higher-dimensional wisdom with everyday life. Those carrying it often have a powerful bond with nature, an innate sensitivity to what lives beneath the surface of things, and an enormous potential for healing influence in the world.

Lisa’s final years pointed unmistakably toward this expression. She had fallen deeply in love with numerology and the teachings of Dr. Sebi. She was fasting, studying the body, building in the jungle, and documenting her own inner life on camera without performance or armor. She was, in those final weeks, remarkably unguarded. A calmer, more transparent version of herself was visible in a way it rarely had been before. The documentary footage shows someone actively learning to inhabit herself more fully. That’s the 8 moving toward its light.

The shadow of the 8 often begins in childhood. Those carrying this frequency frequently grow up as acutely sensitive children who receive the message, in one way or another, that their feelings are too much. The response, over time, is often to build distance from those feelings. To over-analyze, over-achieve, or find other ways to manage what the body is holding.

Lisa’s home environment, defined by a domineering father and then dissolved by his departure, would have delivered that lesson early. She spoke openly about the domestic abuse in her relationship with Rison, and about managing that pain in ways that were not always healthy. The 8 is also described as having an enormous potential for societal influence. With multiple Grammys and a body of work that shaped a generation. A foundation still operating today, dedicated to neglected and abandoned youth. The reach was always there. Her time in Honduras, it seems, was where she was finally learning how to be still inside it.

Spiritual Karma 21:3 - The Warrior Who Earned Her Wisdom

The 21:3 produces some of the most powerful communicators and advocates in this system. In its light, it carries extraordinary inner strength, strategic intelligence, and the ability to use the weight of experiences to open doors for others. The 3 within the 21 makes expression essential. Those carrying this frequency are here to tell their story, to teach through it, and to stand up for those who cannot yet stand for themselves.

Lisa was this frequency made visible. She wrote songs that addressed domestic violence, financial exploitation, and emotional survival at a time when popular music rarely went there. She used her public platform to name the ways the music industry extracted from young artists and gave little back. She mentored emerging groups. She took a camera to Honduras because she understood, on some level, that her journey was meant to be witnessed. The 21:3 at its highest doesn’t keep its wisdom private. It shares it, generously and often at personal cost.

The shadow of the 21:3 is the weight of the path that produces that wisdom. This frequency often arrives through hardship, and the lesson is endurance: learning to recognize difficulty as something that is forging you rather than defining you. The shadow also includes suppressed expression, restlessness, and the pattern of doing things the hard way.

Lisa’s early life offered ample raw material. A strict household. Family dissolution. A music industry that handed her global success and stripped her of its financial rewards in nearly the same breath. A relationship that turned violent. A bankruptcy. A growing sense of creative exile within her own group. She moved through the world in ways that frequently drew conflict, not because she sought it, but because her energy was too honest and too large to fit neatly inside the structures around her.

The 21:3 knows that feeling intimately. It also knows what becomes possible when the warrior stops fighting the wrong battles and turns the strength toward something that can actually grow.

Spiritual Goal 16:7 - Bringing Heaven Down to Earth

The 16:7 is one of the most naturally relatable frequencies in this system. At its highest, it’s someone who takes spiritual insight and translates it into something others can actually use and feel.

These are the people who can walk into a room and make everyone in it feel both understood and inspired. They are natural networkers, gifted communicators, and bridges between the elevated and the everyday. The 7 within the 16 adds the quality of divine love, a heart-centered warmth that draws people across wildly different backgrounds into the same orbit.

This quality was real in Lisa. She collaborated across genres with an ease that few artists managed: Missy Elliott, Melanie C of the Spice Girls, David Bowie, and artists she was mentoring in Honduras. She spotted potential in people the industry overlooked and built platforms for them. She was described by those who knew her as warm, playful, and surprisingly shy in intimate settings, even as she commanded massive stages. That combination of genuine warmth and careful access is the 16:7 signature.

Her final chapter filming herself in Honduras without makeup or performance, visibly working through something real on camera, may be the clearest expression of this frequency’s highest potential. She was trying to live honestly inside her own spiritual life rather than managing it from a distance.

The shadow of the 16:7 is the tendency to hide or suppress the spiritual self, often out of fear of being dismissed or misunderstood. For most of her public life, Lisa’s depth was largely invisible. The industry, the tabloids, and even her bandmates at times saw the fire and the unpredictability without seeing what was underneath it. A calmer, more enlightened version of her was on display in the documentary, but only because the cameras caught her in a space where the armor had finally come off.

Love is named as both the greatest challenge and the deepest teacher for this frequency. Lisa’s romantic life, her relationship with Rison, the bond with Tupac that her sister described as “the spiritual side of him, that connection that was unspeakable,” and the complex intimacy within TLC itself, all of it carries the fingerprint of the 16:7 working through its core lesson: learning to receive love without flinching.

Soul Destiny 7:7 - The Heart Healer Who Had to Heal Her Own Heart First

The Soul Destiny is not where a person begins. It is where they are going across a lifetime.

The 7 is the frequency of the heart. Of magnetism. Of authentic connection and the power to heal simply by being fully present. Those carrying it often create, without intending to, a kind of sanctuary wherever they go. People open up to them. Strangers share things they’ve never told anyone. Others leave the encounter lighter than they arrived.

This quality surrounded Lisa. Her presence on stage was magnetic in a way that went beyond performance. The documentary footage of her final weeks captures something similar: people gravitating toward her, listening, wanting to be near the version of herself she was becoming.

But the 7’s lesson runs deeper than what it gives the world. Having a 7 in this position rarely arrives without heartbreak. Not because something is wrong, but because the lesson of this frequency is to learn to heal and open the heart, and that lesson is almost always taught through relationships. The more intense the relationship, the deeper the teaching.

The relationship with Andre Rison was exactly that. Volatile, consuming, and painful in ways that played out very publicly. But through the lens of the 7, it wasn’t a scandal. It was a soul being handed the very experience it needed to begin understanding what love actually requires.

Again, Honduras was where she seemed to begin answering the question the 7 had always been asking. Away from the noise, she said on camera:

When you stop reading Lisa’s frequencies as separate positions and begin to see them as one living system, the story becomes a little chaotic and a lot of love.

Some of that chaos had a very public moment. In June 1994, Lisa set fire to Andre Rison's home. And not long after, TLC shot their Vibe magazine cover in firefighter uniforms with the headline "Burning Up the Charts and Burning Down the House." What the world saw was scandal. What the chart shows is every shadow frequency arriving at the same moment: the 6 blocked and looking for an outlet, the 7 heart that hadn't yet learned how to love itself, and the 21:3 making sure none of it came easy. And then she took the hardest moments and made something out of them.

And yet in the light, that same combination is breathtaking. The 4 abundance taught her that what you give comes back, so she gave everything: to her music, to her group, to children she had never met in a country far from home. That generosity fed the 6, which took everything she had lived through and turned it into art.

The 6 creativity fed the 21:3, giving her voice a purpose bigger than herself, not just to perform but to speak, to advocate, to tell the truth about what it cost to be her. And all of it was quietly feeding the 7 the whole time, cracking the heart open, slowly and painfully and beautifully, until Honduras, where she finally stopped performing and started just being.

What she left behind, the music, the foundation, the footage of her barefoot in a different environment finally telling herself the truth, suggests a soul who was closer to home than anyone realized.

And that’s exactly the point.

What Talents Actually Are in a Soul Contract

I want to clear something up because it’s one of the most misunderstood parts of the Soul Contract system.

Your talents are not your achievements. They’re not the things you worked hard for or earned through years of struggle.

In this type of numerology, your talents are God given. They’re already yours. But here’s the thing, they begin as latent energy. They’re present at birth, but they need to be developed, activated, and in some cases, wrestled into consciousness.

Every number in your chart carries both a shadow and a light expression. The karmic positions show you the wounds and patterns you came here to work through. Your talent positions carry primarily positive energy. They’re meant to become the fulcrum, the key that helps you work through the karma and step into your goals.

Think of it this way. The karma is the weight. The talent is what helps you lift it.

Here’s the part nobody talks about: you can still feel the shadow of a talent frequency, especially early in life, and especially if other energies in your chart are creating friction. The talent doesn’t automatically show up in full bloom. It has to be developed, and sometimes something else in your chart is quietly suppressing it before you even realize it’s there.

You also don’t have to fully resolve your karma before your talent can start coming through. These things move together, not in sequence.

Not Every Talent Feels Like a Superpower

I want to use my own chart as an example here because I think it will help you see what I mean.

I carry the 5 frequency in both my physical and spiritual talent positions. The 5 is a beautiful, etheric, deeply sensitive frequency. It’s the frequency of the empath, the pioneer, the truth speaker, the visionary. At its highest expression, the 5 blends intuition, creativity, and courage in a way that allows you to genuinely move people with your words.

But I call the 5 the ‘island number’.

Here’s why. Any time the 5 sits in a talent position, it tends to stand alone. It’s not a power number. It’s an etheric number, and it doesn’t have the grounding force to lift the other frequencies around it.

So while the 5 is meant to carry gifts in speech, communication, and authentic expression, if there are heavier energies pressing on it, you can find yourself feeling the exact opposite. Suppressed. Anxious. Reluctant to speak up or be seen.

In my physical karma, I carry the 7. This frequency likes to hide. It wears a mask. It guards its inner world carefully. When that karma is active, it can sit right on top of the talent and muffle it. The very frequency that was meant to help me speak up could, under those conditions, leave me silent instead.

And I’m still working through it. The karma position can take a lifetime to navigate, and that’s not a failure. That’s how this system works.

What I can tell you is that things are shifting. I’m writing. I’m sharing what I believe. I’m starting to let people see who I actually am. The on camera, fully in your face version of that is still coming, and I’m okay with that for now.

The 5 is activating in its own timing, alongside the karma work, not after it.

The Reframe That Changes Everything

This is what I want you to take away above everything else. Your Soul Contract is not a story of doom. It’s not a list of wounds you have to survive before you’re allowed to have gifts. Even the karma, the challenge position, is pointing you toward something. It’s showing you where the work is so that the gifts underneath can finally breathe.

If you look at your talent positions and think, I don’t see this in myself at all, I want you to do something before you write it off.

Look at what’s sitting in your karmic positions. Ask yourself what might be creating resistance around that talent. Because the talent is still there, it’s always been there. You may simply be feeling its shadow before you’ve had the chance to step into its light.

And if you’re experiencing what feels like no talent at all in those positions, look at the challenge and ask what’s holding it back. That’s usually where the answer is.

So Where Do You Start?

Instead of asking what you’re good at, try asking something different.

What do you do without thinking? What do people consistently come to you for, even when you never offered? Where have you made an impact on someone's life without really trying?

Your talents were never something you needed to go out and find. They were woven into you before you took your first breath. Your Soul Contract simply hands you the map back to them.

And once you can see them, you can begin to trust them, take them seriously, and use them in alignment with why you actually came here.

That’s when things start to shift.

Prince was one of those artists I never thought twice about losing.

Not because I took him for granted exactly, but because he just seemed permanent. Like he’d always be there. His music was woven into the background of life in a way that made him feel less like a person and more like a frequency the world had always been running on.

I enjoyed his music deeply. It’s hard to believe it’s already been 10 years since his passing on April 21, 2016. I was living in New York and genuinely shocked by it. I remember going to a cycling class within days of his passing, and the entire ride was dedicated to Prince songs. It’s still one of the best classes I’ve ever taken. There’s something about his music and movement that belongs together. If you’ve never worked out to a Prince playlist, I highly recommend it.

But here’s the thing about pulling someone’s Soul Contract. You stop seeing the performer and start seeing the person. The actual soul who arrived here with a specific blueprint, wounds, gifts, and purpose that the biography either confirms or complicates in fascinating ways.

Prince’s chart stopped me completely when I saw the same frequency multiple times.

The Man Behind the Music

Prince Rogers Nelson was born on June 7, 1958, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to a jazz pianist father and a jazz singer mother. Music surrounded him before he could form a sentence. He taught himself piano, guitar, and drums by early childhood and wrote his first song at age 7.

His parents separated when he was 10. The years that followed were spent moving between homes, between his mother and father, and eventually away from a stepfather he couldn’t remain under the same roof with. He was taken in by a neighboring family whose son Andre would later become one of his earliest bandmates. By the time he was a teenager, Prince had already learned that stability wasn’t something you could count on arriving from the outside.

He signed with Warner Bros. Records at 19 and released his first album at 20. Over the next 4 decades, he built one of the most extraordinary and fiercely protected bodies of work in music history, creating a sound that was unmistakably his own and a catalog of songs that would come to live in the bodies of an entire generation.

He died at his Paisley Park estate in Chanhassen, Minnesota. He was 57 years old. The cause was an accidental fentanyl overdose. He’d been managing chronic hip pain in silence for years and didn’t survive the silence.

His Soul Contract doesn’t leave any of that unexplained.

What Each Frequency Reveals:

Physical Karma 6: Too Much Energy, No Container

The 6 frequency is the energy of creation itself. It’s the frequency of the visionary who doesn’t just have ideas but has the drive to bring them into physical form.

People carrying the 6 are naturally inventive, focused when aligned, and capable of building things the world hasn’t seen yet. They can manifest visions, innovate endlessly, and turn inspiration into something you can touch. That’s the gift at the core of this frequency.

And Prince embodied it completely. He taught himself piano, guitar, and drums by early childhood. He didn’t just make music, he produced it, engineered it, choreographed it, and performed every instrument on it himself. He built Paisley Park as a living manifestation of the 6 at its most elevated: inspiration made into walls and mixing boards and rehearsal space and community. A place where the creative vision never had to stop. He turned thought into form, concept into catalog, and imagination into one of the most extraordinary bodies of work in music history.

But the 6 Physical Karma tells us this creative force didn’t arrive already grounded. The karma is the lesson, and the lesson here is learning to channel energy that is almost too powerful to contain. Before that grounding happens, the 6 can show up as restlessness, compulsion, emotional volatility, and in the body, an inability to contain its own charge.

Prince was born epileptic. He had seizures as a young child, a body literally short-circuiting under more electrical energy than it could process. What he told his mother during that period is one to remember. He walked in one day and said: “Mom, I’m not going to be sick anymore.” She asked why. He said: “Because an angel told me so.” That’s a child learning, through sheer will and spiritual conviction, to bring his own energy under intentional control. That’s the 6 karma beginning its work.

When the seizures stopped, the energy didn’t disappear. It redirected. He was teased at school and responded by becoming, in his own words, as flashy and as noisy as possible. The 6 shadow is always searching for a container. When it can’t find one, it turns up the volume.

His legendary work ethic carried this same signature. His sound engineer described working for him as a tour of duty. You were up for 24 hours, slept for 2, and received a call asking you back before the sleep had settled. The 6 in shadow doesn’t know how to rest. It equates stillness with failure and creation with survival.

The addiction that ultimately claimed his life belongs here too. Decades of high-energy performance in heeled boots left him with severe chronic hip pain. He managed it privately, obtaining prescriptions under different names and concealing medications inside bottles labeled for other things. What began as pain management became dependency. The 6 shadow in its most devastating form: energy without a clean outlet, pain without a safe container, a nervous system that never fully learned how to put itself down.

Physical Talent, Spiritual Talent, and Spiritual Goal 7:7 — The Heart That Came Here to Heal

Prince carried the heart frequency 6 times in 3 positions.

Each one paired as 7:7. It’s difficult to overstate what that means in a chart. The 7 is the frequency of the heart, of magnetism, of authentic connection, and of the power to heal simply by being fully present. 6 times doesn’t just describe a gift. It describes the entire reason a soul chose to arrive.

And the magnetism was real in a way that’s hard to explain. People who saw him perform describe it identically regardless of when or where it happened. A pull. Something that bypassed the rational mind entirely and landed somewhere much deeper. People have described his live concerts as electric or near-transcendent, especially in performances like “While My Guitar Gently Weeps,” which one account calls “celestial” and “other-worldly.” This isn’t just charisma, it’s have multiple dominant 7s operating in a single human body.

But the 7 isn’t only about what it gives the world. It’s equally about what the soul carrying it came here to learn. And the learning is always the same: to open the heart, to let the walls down, and to allow others to witness the places that still ache.

Many souls carrying strong 7 energy experience heartache early enough that protection becomes a way of life. For Prince, this may not have been one singular event, but rather an accumulation of emotional ruptures that taught him love could be unstable. His parents’ separation, the movement between homes, family tension, the early need to protect himself emotionally, and later the loss of a son and a marriage all seem to echo through this frequency. Over time, the lesson of the 7 often becomes learning how to remain open even after love has felt interrupted.

By the time he was a teenager, there already seems to have been an understanding that emotional safety could not always be assumed. That kind of experience can create extraordinary walls, and Prince appears to have built them with precision.

This is also one of the more hidden expressions of the 7. Even when someone carrying this frequency appears magnetic, social, or outwardly expressive, they are often highly selective about what parts of themselves are actually seen. The 7 does not necessarily hide out of deception. It hides out of protection. It reveals only what feels safe, and often only to a chosen few.

Prince seemed to embody this beautifully. He could command a stage and move millions, yet remain deeply guarded in his personal life. Those who knew him often described him as private, shy at times, and difficult to fully read. He was warm and playful with those inside his inner circle, but access to that world was carefully managed. Paisley Park itself almost became an extension of this frequency, a controlled environment where access, intimacy, and even creativity moved through carefully protected doors.

This is the paradox of the 7. The same frequency that makes someone capable of extraordinary emotional resonance can also make them fiercely protective of their own vulnerability. In Prince’s case, he gave the world profound access to his inner landscape through music while keeping the person behind the music almost entirely protected.

Physical Goal 10:1 — The Balance of Masculine & Feminine

Frequency 10:1 carries the energy of service, leadership, and the integration of masculine and feminine power. In its highest expression, this is a frequency that learns how to hold strength in service to others rather than control, to lead with purpose, and to embody both the divine masculine and divine feminine within a single lifetime. It’s not simply about identity, but about the soul learning balance between force and receptivity, action and intuition, structure and softness.

Prince embodied this in a way that felt almost instinctive. He moved through the world with an unmistakable masculine authority while simultaneously expanding what masculine and feminine expression could look like. He wore heels, lace, eye makeup, and silk with complete sovereignty, never diminishing his presence but deepening it. He sang openly, “I’m not a woman. I’m not a man. I am something that you’ll never understand.” Even the symbol he adopted during his battle with Warner Bros. reflected this integration, merging masculine and feminine signs with the Egyptian ankh, a symbol of eternal life.

This frequency carries the main energy of service. Power directed toward others without needing recognition. That is reflected so clearly in Prince’s philanthropy, much of which remained private and anonymous. The giving itself was the purpose.

In many charts, the 10:1 can also reflect themes around masculine wounds, authority, or early experiences with the masculine, though this is never a guarantee and can express differently for each soul. In Prince’s life, this frequency seems to resonate not only through his relationship with his father, but also through the masculine authority he encountered in the home.

After his parents separated, he moved between households and eventually left because he could not remain under the same roof as his stepfather. That experience of instability and the need to remove himself from a masculine presence that no longer felt safe or sustainable adds another layer to how this frequency may have expressed in his life.

His father’s projection feels significant here as well. John Lewis Nelson was a gifted jazz pianist who gave his son not only his name but, in many ways, the weight of his own unlived ambitions. He later said, “I named my son Prince because I wanted him to do everything I wanted to do.”

Taken together, these experiences seem to reflect a recurring theme around masculine authority, power, and the soul’s relationship to it.

Spiritual Karma 4 — From Scarcity to Abundance and Back Again

Frequency 4 is the energy of abundance. At its highest expression it’s the soul that creates freely, shares generously, and trusts completely that the universe will support them in all directions. When it’s flowing, it produces prosperity, fertility, and an almost effortless ability to generate more of whatever it touches.

Prince lived this side of the frequency in extraordinary ways. He had 39 studio albums released in his lifetime. A vault at Paisley Park estimated to hold hundreds of unreleased recordings. A creative output so prolific it genuinely outpaced what any label could contain. Millions given away anonymously to causes he believed in, resources released without needing to hold on, with no name attached and no recognition required. That’s the 4 in its fullest expression. Abundance flowing freely in every direction.

But the 4 Spiritual Karma also carries its opposite. The polarity of this frequency runs from fruitful to barren, and that tension can show up across any domain of life including money, creative output, and in its most literal sense, fertility itself.

In 1992, Prince signed an extension deal with Warner Bros., the label he’d been with since he was 19. What looked like a triumph on the surface was suffocating underneath. Warner Bros. owned his master recordings, meaning they owned the original versions of every song he’d ever recorded for them. They controlled when his music could be released and how it reached the world.

For an artist creating constantly on his own timeline, this was an impossible constraint. He fought back publicly and dramatically, changing his name to an unpronounceable symbol, appearing in public with the word Slave written on his face, and saying: “If you don’t own your masters, your master owns you.”

He eventually parted ways with the label in 1996 and spent the next 2 decades owning everything he created. Warner Bros. returned his original masters in 2014. He won, but it cost him the better part of his career to get there. The 4 karma playing out across his creative abundance: everything he’d built, temporarily belonging to someone else.

The fertility polarity ran just as visibly through his personal life. In 1996, Prince and his wife Mayte Garcia welcomed their son Amir into the world. The baby was born a month premature and diagnosed with Pfeiffer syndrome, a rare genetic disorder affecting the skull. He lived for one week. A second pregnancy ended in miscarriage shortly after. The 4 frequency in its most literal and heartbreaking expression. A soul that came here to learn unconditional trust having that trust tested at its most primal level.

The universe kept asking the same question across every domain of his life: “Can you trust that you’re supported even when everything feels like it’s being taken?”

He got closer to yes over time. The anonymous giving was proof of that. But the 4 karma never fully released its grip. The man who had so much taken learned, slowly and imperfectly, that he was supported. The universe had been trying to show him that all along.

Soul Destiny 5 — The Pioneer Who Showed What Was Possible

The 5 frequency is the pioneer. It’s also one of the most etheric numbers in this system, meaning the soul carrying it often operates from a plane slightly ahead of where the world currently is. They’re truth seekers. Deep feelers. People who can spend a great deal of time in their heads because what they’re receiving doesn’t always have a home in the present moment yet.

But the 5 Soul Destiny isn’t about staying in the head. It’s about bringing what lives there all the way through into expression. The voice is sacred to this frequency. Speech, singing, the willingness to say the thing out loud. And the calling is specific: to teach, to inspire, and to awaken others to what’s possible.

Prince didn’t suppress his voice. He sang his truth to the world and gave his opinions freely, on race, on spirituality, on the music industry, on what it meant to be a man, on what ownership meant for a creative soul. He wasn’t waiting for permission and he wasn’t softening his message for easier consumption.

He was operating from a completely different frequency than the world around him, releasing music on his own timeline, distributing it through channels the industry hadn’t thought to use yet, building Paisley Park as a fully independent creative ecosystem decades before that concept had language.

That’s the etheric quality of the 5 made visible. He wasn’t responding to the world as it was. He was already living inside a version of the world the rest of us are still catching up to.

The masters battle is part of this story, but only part of it. He didn’t change the system. What he did was make it impossible to pretend the problem didn’t exist. He showed, loudly and publicly and at great personal cost, that an artist could refuse the terms, could name the exploitation for what it was, could fight on moral grounds rather than just legal ones.

He didn't change the system. What he did was drag it into the light. He helped spotlight just how much control labels had over artists' masters, their image, and their creative identity. The industry had been built this way for decades. Prince just made it impossible to look away.

His Soul Destiny was never just about music or industry reform. It was about waking people up. To themselves, to what was possible, to the idea that you could live and create entirely on your own terms. He taught that by example. He inspired it through his art. And he awakened it in everyone who encountered him and left the room feeling like something larger than ordinary life had just passed through it.

The Full Picture: A Soul Sent Here to Open Hearts

When you stop reading Prince’s frequencies as separate positions and begin to see them as one living system, the story becomes almost painfully coherent.

The 6 set the foundation. Immense creative force that never fully found its container. The six 7s gave that force its medium: the heart. It’s why his music felt less like entertainment and more like emotional transmission. But the paradox of the 7 is that the same soul who could open hearts in millions had the hardest time opening his own.

For so many years, I asked myself that question.

I grew up in a household with a lot of yelling. There was anger, unpredictability, and a persistent feeling that I needed to shrink myself to stay safe. For a long time, I carried that with me.

As a child, I always wanted to escape. I used to dream about going to live with my grandparents just to get out of the chaos my siblings and I were living in. Even then, part of me knew that what we were experiencing didn’t feel safe.

As I got older, that chaos stayed with me in ways I didn’t fully understand at the time. I’d freeze in moments of conflict, especially if there were arguments or people trying to pull me into drama. Instead of speaking, I’d shut down. Instead of taking up space, I’d make myself smaller.

That pattern followed me into relationships too. I didn’t fully show who I was because there was always this underlying fear that I wasn’t good enough, or that if people saw the real me, they’d leave.

Then something shifted around 35. It was as if everything I’d spent years carrying beneath the surface was finally coming up to be healed. And not in a pretty way. Looking back, that was the beginning of a much deeper awakening for me, and it was also around the time I found Soul Contracts.

Now that I understand this form of numerology, I can make sense of what was happening during that period of my life. What felt like everything unraveling was actually the beginning of understanding myself on a much deeper level.

What I learned, and what changed for me, wasn’t the pain itself, but the meaning I gave it.

I have a 9 frequency in my chart, and the 9 is all about power. Not power over others, but the kind of sovereign, unshakeable power that lives within you. And often, in order to truly know that power, souls carrying this frequency experience its absence first. They’re placed in environments where power is taken, voices are silenced, or safety feels conditional.

The contrast becomes the teacher. The disempowerment becomes the initiation.

That understanding didn’t excuse what happened, but it gave me a framework that allowed me to stop asking, why me? and begin asking, what was my soul learning through this?

And that question changed everything.

I’m not the same person I was and I have discernment now. I can spot red flags early and I have deep empathy for others who’ve walked a hard road. And I’d never, ever allow that kind of environment into my adult life. That childhood didn’t break me, but it did build me into who I am today. And the person I am today, I am quite proud of.

In Soul Contracts, we believe that before incarnating, we chose our parents, our family, and the broad strokes of the life we’d enter. I know that can be a difficult concept to sit with, especially if you had a painful childhood or if family has been a source of hurt rather than safety.

But the question is never, why did you deserve this? The question is:

What did your soul come here to learn?

There’s a profound difference between those two questions. One assigns blame. The other opens a door.

I also want to say this clearly: choosing a soul path doesn’t mean you have to stay. It doesn’t mean blood obligates you. Family isn’t only defined by genetics. Family is defined by the people who see you, love you, and help you grow. You’re allowed to set boundaries. You’re allowed to create distance. You’re allowed to build a chosen family.

The soul may choose the lesson, but it doesn’t choose a life sentence.

Your Chart and What It Holds

So what does your chart say about the childhood energies your soul may have chosen to grow through?

A chart is calculated by using the full name on your birth certificate. It’s a blueprint that holds the secrets of your life. This system of spiritual numerology is called Soul Contracts and each letter holds a meaning or frequency that it emits, and those frequencies appear throughout your chart in different positions: karmic lessons, natural talents, goals you’re working toward, and your soul destiny.

Each position tells a slightly different story, and the intensity of any frequency in your life will depend on where it sits in your chart. A frequency in a karmic or goal position tends to feel heavier and more unconscious until you begin to work with it. A frequency in a talent position might feel more natural, like something that flows through you even if you’ve never recognized it.

Before we go into the meaning of the frequencies, I want you to pay attention to what naturally resonates as you read. Even if you don’t know your chart yet, you may find yourself deeply relating to one or more of these energies.

Sometimes we carry multiple themes, especially depending on where certain frequencies sit in the chart. If more than one feels familiar, trust that.

Recognition is its own kind of knowing.

What Each Frequency May Reveal

Frequency 1:1 (10:1 or 19:1)

You may have grown up feeling criticized. Maybe you were held to a standard that always felt just out of reach, or maybe the masculine energy in your home was complicated in some way. This frequency often brings a deep inner critic that was shaped early. Perfectionism, a tendency to push people away before they can leave, or a sense of separation from others can all be echoes of this energy in childhood. The lesson of this frequency is to move from separation into wholeness, and from criticism into self-acceptance.

Frequency 2:2 (11:2 or 20:2)

There’s a good chance you were a deeply sensitive child who took things personally and found it hard to shake off disappointment or hurt. You may have also found yourself in situations early on that felt confusing or unfair, perhaps making choices in friendships or circumstances that, looking back, taught you hard lessons.

This is by design. You’re here to move from what the system calls foolishness to wisdom. Your sensitivity and your so-called mistakes aren’t flaws. They’re part of what you came here to learn. Once you begin to integrate those lessons, you become one of the most supportive, wise, and emotionally resilient people in any room.

Frequency 3:3 (12:3 or 21:3)

You may have had a childhood where you weren’t truly seen. Maybe you were quiet and kept to yourself. Maybe you felt overlooked in your family, or you learned early that it was safer not to speak up. You might’ve been the child in the back of the room hoping not to be called on.

And yet beneath all of that, there’s an old soul with enormous wisdom to share. You are here to find your voice and worth. The work isn’t to become someone else. The work is to finally let the world hear what you’ve always known.

Frequency 4:4 (13:4 or 22:4)

If abandonment has ever been a theme for you, whether through a parent leaving, a sudden loss, or relationships where you always seemed to end up alone right when things mattered most, there’s a possibility of this frequency somewhere in your chart.

This frequency comes in with what the system describes as a scarcity mindset. Not because you lack anything, but because your soul is here to learn the radical truth of abundance: that there’s always enough, that the universe is always catching you, and that the more freely you give, the more flows back to you.

Trust is the lesson. Not blind trust, but the deep, grounded kind that comes from experience.

Frequency 5:5 (14:5)

This is a pioneer frequency. It’s deeply etheric and highly sensitive, and children who carry it often grew up feeling like they absorbed everything around them — emotions, atmospheres, and the unspoken tension in a room.

Anxiety is common with this frequency, not because something’s wrong with you, but because you’re wired to feel everything, including things that have nothing to do with you personally. Also, many may have been deeply shy, retreating inward because the world felt like too much.

You may have also learned early that speaking your truth created problems. So you either stayed quiet or learned to be brutally blunt. Both are forms of imbalance. This frequency is here to help you speak truth with clarity, courage, and care.

Frequency 6:6 (15:6)

The main thing this frequency asks of you is to be creative. In any capacity. Growing up with this frequency in your chart, you may have experienced a sense of frustration that was hard to name. Maybe your ideas were dismissed, or you couldn’t quite channel all that inner energy into something tangible.

There can be an undercurrent of anger in childhood, often rooted in creative blockage. It needs an outlet. Without one, that energy turns inward or sideways.

The beautiful flip side is that once you find your creative outlet and learn to focus your energy, you have a natural gift for turning ideas into reality. You’re here to bring what lives inside you into the world.

Frequency 7:7 (16:7)

This is one of the most magnetic frequencies in the entire system, and yet in childhood it often looks like its opposite. Rather than drawing people in, many with this energy withdrew. They isolated themselves, hid behind a mask, and became very skilled at not being truly known. Some may have gone through periods of barely speaking at all, not out of sadness exactly, but out of a deep instinct to protect what was tender inside them.

Heartache may have played a role in this, whether something painful happened early in the family or in those first experiences of friendship and trust. Children with this energy learn very young that the heart is vulnerable.

The work of this frequency is to gradually allow that guard to come down, to stop wearing different versions of yourself for different rooms, and to discover that true connection is worth the risk.

Frequency 8:8 (17:8)

This frequency is of emotional grounding and deep human connection. And yet many people who carry it grew up in environments where feelings weren’t welcome. Maybe you were told not to cry. Maybe emotions were treated as weakness or inconvenience.

So you learned to think about your feelings rather than actually feel them. You became very good at functioning, fitting into any room, and holding it together.

But the cost of that was a certain disconnection from your own inner world. The work is to come back into the body, to feel rather than analyze, and to let people truly in rather than just nearby.

Frequency 9:9 (18:9)

The is the most powerful frequency in the entire system. It’s here to be a catalyst, a force, and a source of real transformation for others. And in order to know that power from the inside, many people with this frequency experience its complete absence in childhood.

That can look like abuse, bullying, or environments where you were made to feel small or powerless. It wasn’t about deserving pain. It was about the contrast that would eventually teach you who you are.

Your soul came here to know what it feels like to be without power so that you’d never again give yours away.

If you carry this energy, you may or may not already know, deep down, that you’re always going to be okay. That protection is real. That certainty is part of who you are. You may just need some remembrance of how powerful you really are.

You Weren’t Broken. You Were Being Built.

Whatever your childhood held, I want you to consider the possibility that it wasn’t random. The environment you grew through, the difficulties you moved through, and the person you became on the other side of it may all be part of a story your soul wrote with tremendous intention.

And if you’ve spent years trying to fix yourself, trying to outrun your childhood or make sense of why it was the way it was, I hope something in these frequencies offers a different frame.

You aren’t here to stay trapped in the story of what happened to you.

You’re here to understand what it shaped within you. The pain may have been part of the path, but it doesn’t get to define the rest of your life.

Whatever the experience may have been, your soul knew what it was capable of becoming through it. Your childhood may explain parts of who you are, but it doesn’t decide who you become.

There is a quote attributed to Tesla that most people know and reference:

It gets shared constantly. Printed on posters. Posted in spiritual circles. And honestly, until recently, that quote was about the extent of what I knew about the man himself.

Of course I knew the name. I knew he was an inventor. And like most people, I associated his name with the above quote, and with the car company that now carries his legacy into the future he seemed to foresee.

But beyond the myth, who was Nikola Tesla really? What kind of person was he? What did his actual life look like behind the legend?

And I think our society is only beginning to scratch the surface of what he understood about energy, frequency, and vibration. Not just as a scientific framework, but as a way of understanding the universe itself. There is a reason that quote keeps finding new audiences. He was pointing at something most people are still working their way toward.

So I did what I always do when I want to understand someone at a soul level. I pulled his chart.

And what I found stopped me completely, because Tesla’s Soul Contract doesn’t just explain his genius, it explains his isolation, compulsions, financial ruin, impossible vision, and why the world is only now catching up to what he was transmitting over a century ago. It also contains one of the rarest frequencies I have ever seen in a chart.

This is the story of who Nikola Tesla actually was.

Introduction

Nikola Tesla was born on July 10, 1856, in the small village of Smiljan in what is now Croatia. Arriving, according to accounts, during a lightning storm. It feels almost too fitting for the man he would become.

He was the 4th of 5 children in a Serbian family steeped in faith and education. His father was a Serbian Orthodox priest. His mother, though she never received a formal education, possessed a remarkable gift for invention and a photographic memory for Serbian epic poetry. Tesla would later credit her entirely for both his creative abilities and his extraordinary mind.

He studied engineering across Europe without completing a degree, moved from city to city, and arrived in America in 1884 with 4 cents in his pocket and a letter of introduction to Thomas Edison. What followed was one of the most extraordinary and heartbreaking careers in human history.

He died alone in a New York hotel room in 1943. Nearly penniless. His greatest project unfinished. Largely uncredited for much of what he had made possible.

The frequencies in his Soul Contract don’t leave that contradiction unexplained.

What Each Frequency Reveals:

Physical Karma: 5:5 — The Sensitive Pioneer

The 5 frequency is the pioneer frequency. It carries an innate drive to seek and speak truth, to innovate, and to introduce ways of seeing the world that others haven’t arrived at yet. But before we talk about the visionary, we need to talk about what it actually feels like to live inside a 5.

The 5 feels everything. It’s one of the most empathically sensitive frequencies in the system. It absorbs the emotional and energetic state of the people around them without always realizing it’s happening. They walk into a room and pick up what everyone else is carrying. They are built to receive at a higher bandwidth than most people ever experience.

For Tesla, this was not abstract. He was documented to have extreme sensitivity to light and sound, finding certain stimuli genuinely unbearable. He felt what others around him could not register. His nervous system was calibrated for a different kind of input than the world he was living in.

In its shadow, the 5 in in this position carries a deep fear of being punished for telling the truth. The voice gets suppressed. The knowing stays locked inside. He arrived in a family where his path was already chosen for him.

His father wanted him to enter the priesthood, not an engineering school. It took Tesla nearly dying from cholera as a young man, and his father’s desperate promise at his bedside, to finally give him permission to pursue what his soul already knew.

The shadow followed him into professional life. When he improved Thomas Edison’s generators and was reportedly promised a significant bonus for the work, the payment never came. Edison dismissed it as a misunderstanding of American humor. Tesla resigned immediately. He knew his truth and refused to pretend otherwise.

But the 5 is also the frequency of the soul who arrives knowing things the world hasn’t caught up to yet. Almost everything Tesla conceived placed him generations ahead of his time. Wireless communication. Remote control. A global energy grid. A system for transmitting information instantly across the world that reads today like a description of the internet.

He wasn’t just responding to the world as it was. He was transmitting an entirely different understanding of what was possible. He could see past it when almost no one else could.

Physical Talent: 7:7 — The Magnetic Heart

The 7 frequency is magnetic in a way that can be difficult to explain. People are drawn to a 7 not because of what they say, but because of what they feel in that person’s presence. Something opens. It’s the heart frequency, and when it is operating as a talent, it draws people across every boundary without apparent effort.

Tesla demonstrated this at every level of his public life. George Westinghouse licensed his AC patents and staked his company on them. J.P. Morgan funded his most ambitious project. Mark Twain counted him among his closest friends. Scientists, industrialists, and artists moved in his orbit. The 7 talent was working. People in positions of extraordinary power were pulled into his field and believed in him.

But the frequency carries both a gift and a shadow, and for Tesla they appear to have operated simultaneously.

The shadow of the 7 creates a very specific duality. On the surface it’s open, compelling, and the kind of presence that makes people want to share their inner world. But underneath, a carefully maintained wall between the interior life and everyone outside it. People open up to a 7 easily, but this frequency rarely returns the gesture. There is a fear of exposure so deep it can become a permanent way of living, mistaken over time for simply being a private person.

Tesla vowed celibacy and is not known to have had a single romantic relationship in his lifetime. He avoided physical touch, declined handshakes, and kept others at a precise and managed distance even as they were drawn magnetically toward him. He once said:

And perhaps he believed that. But it’s also possible that a man who could not find his way through the 7 shadow made peace with the isolation it created, and called it a philosophy.

Here is where the 5 sensitivity becomes important. A soul that feels everything, that absorbs the energetic state of every person in the room, would find genuine intimacy not just emotionally risky, but energetically overwhelming.

The 7 shadow built the wall. The 5 sensitivity made the wall feel absolutely necessary. Together they created a man who was profoundly connected to humanity in the largest sense and profoundly isolated from it in the most personal one.

Physical Goal: 13:4 — To Become the Anchor for the World

The 13:4 carries the energy of unconditional love and the drive to become the steady foundation that others can build their lives upon. In its highest expression it’s the soul who becomes the anchor. This is not through grand gesture, but through consistent, expansive, heart-centered presence.

Tesla’s relationship with his mother was one of the defining bonds of his life. He credited her entirely for his creative gifts, his memory, and his capacity for invention. She was herself an inventor of domestic tools and devices, a woman whose gifts were never given a larger stage, but who passed them fully to her son. Tesla didn’t carry a wound around her, because this frequency is often considered “the mother wound”. He carried her as his greatest source instead.

What the 13:4 goal asked of him was to extend that same quality of unconditional provision outward, beyond his family, to humanity itself. And that is precisely what his greatest vision was.

In 1901, he began construction on a 187-foot transmission tower on Long Island, New York. His plan was staggering in its ambition. He intended to use the tower to transmit energy and information wirelessly around the entire globe, using the Earth itself as a conductor. Anyone, anywhere on the planet, would be able to access power and communication freely. No wires. No gatekeepers. No one excluded.

He described a businessman in New York being able to dictate a message and have it appear instantly in London. He was describing the internet, and wireless energy transmission, in 1901.

That’s the 13:4 at its most extraordinary. Not a provider for one person but for an entire civilization.

When funding collapsed and his financial backer walked away, the tower was eventually demolished to pay Tesla’s debts. The heart that had been oriented so expansively outward lost its channel. The love was always there. It simply had nowhere left to go.

Spiritual Karma: 15:6 — The Long Way Back to Center

The 15:6 is the frequency of the spiritual seeker who moves through winding and non-linear paths before finding their inner compass.

It can’t find its purpose by following others or taking the prescribed route. It learns through experience, through detour, through arriving somewhere unexpected and recognizing it as exactly where it needed to be.

Tesla’s path before America was genuinely scattered in the way the frequency describes. He moved from city to city across Europe, left 2 universities without graduating, worked in telegraph companies across multiple countries.

He arrived in New York only to resign from his first position within a year, spending a period digging ditches for $2 a day before finding his footing. What looked like instability from the outside was a soul learning, through experience rather than instruction, what it was actually here to do.

The 15:6 in its highest expression becomes a visionary synthesizer. This is someone who has walked many roads and can now read the terrain in ways others cannot. That’s the Tesla who came to believe that science and the divine were not separate inquiries, but the same one who said:

The seeker who had wandered long enough finally arrived at something only the wandering could have produced.

The shadow of the 15:6 is the creative vision that cannot find its channel. The idea that arrives fully formed, but hits the wall of external resistance. The tower on Long Island was that wall made physical. The compass was pointing true. The infrastructure around him could not hold it.

Spiritual Talent: 18:9 — A Library the Soul Carried In

The 18:9 is a profoundly layered frequency, and before we even get to the 9, we need to honor what the 18 brings to this placement.

The 18 carries the energy of evolution, soul history, and choice. This is the frequency of the old soul, someone arriving in this lifetime with wisdom, sensitivities, and abilities that did not begin here. It often brings the feeling of remembering rather than learning, as though the soul is pulling forward knowledge, instincts, and gifts from previous incarnations.

At its highest expression, the 18 is here to bridge Spirit and the material world. It takes higher guidance, intuitive knowing, and visionary insight, and asks the soul to bring it into practical form. This is the energy of the innovator, the trendsetter, the person who sees what does not yet exist and finds a way to make it real in the physical world.

Tesla embodies this almost perfectly. He was not simply inventing machines; he was translating vision into matter. Alternating current, wireless communication, remote control, and energy transmission all reflect a mind that seemed to be receiving possibilities from beyond the current framework of reality and grounding them into systems humanity could eventually use. That is the 18 at work.

The 9 then amplifies the force behind it. The 9 is the most potent frequency in this entire system. It carries the energy of the dragon, catalytic force, spiritual power, and extraordinary transformation. If the 18 is the vision, the 9 is the voltage. It’s the force that gives the vision enough power to move through the world.

Tesla’s early life carried the contrast this frequency often requires. He was the boy who nearly died from cholera, the son whose path was suppressed, the engineer who was cheated and dismissed, and the immigrant who dug ditches. These experiences were not random. They were building the foundation for a soul meant to hold extraordinary force.

The 18 gave him the ability to see beyond the current framework of what was considered possible, and the 9 gave him the power to transmit it. He could visualize entire systems before they were ever built, running them forward in his mind and locating failure points before a single physical component existed. This was more than intelligence. It reads as remembrance fused with force.

The shadow of the 18:9 appears when the soul can bring extraordinary vision into the world, yet struggles to complete the cycle on its own behalf. Tesla made a fortune and lost it. He surrendered his royalty rights. He pursued visions too expansive for the structures around him to sustain. The soul who could envision entirely new possibilities for humanity could not fully close the loop on his own legacy within his own lifetime.

That tension, between the 18’s higher vision and the 9’s immense force, runs through everything.

Spiritual Goal: 1:1 — The Rarest Frequency in the System

This is where his chart becomes truly extraordinary. The 1:1 in any position is exceptionally rare.

The 1 is the origin point. It’s the first frequency, the initiating force, the vibration of spiritual power, leadership, and transformation. It carries the energy of rebirth: the soul being repeatedly called out of shadow and into a more embodied version of its true essence.

When it appears as a goal, this soul is here not only to understand unity consciousness, but to embody power in service of it. This is the frequency of the stabilizer, the protector, the one whose presence alone can shift the field around them.

Tesla’s vision for wireless energy was not merely technological. It was the expression of a soul carrying 1:1 energy. A man attempting to create a system through which power itself could move freely, reaching everyone.

But every power frequency carries a shadow.

The 1 often signals early experiences of criticism, disempowerment, or separation, particularly around authority and masculine energy. When this frequency can’t anchor into its highest expression, the immense force it carries turns inward.

Instead of becoming stabilizing power, it can become hypervigilance, perfectionism, compulsive control, and relentless self-regulation. In Tesla, this appears almost unmistakably. Layered on top of the empathic sensitivity of his 5, the blocked frequency created specific and well-documented patterns.

He was a severe germophobe who scrubbed his hands obsessively and would not shake hands with anyone. He required exactly 18 napkins at every meal, folded precisely, and wouldn’t begin eating until that condition was met. He lived only in hotel rooms whose numbers were divisible by three, spending his final decade in suite 3327 on the 33rd floor of the New Yorker Hotel. He weighed his food before touching it. He counted his steps. He could not tolerate jewelry on others and would leave a dinner table if a woman nearby was wearing pearls.

These were not quirks. They were a soul carrying an enormous frequency with nowhere adequate to put it, managing the overflow through rituals of control. The 5 sensitivity meant the world was coming at him at a volume most people never experience. The 1:1 power with no clear channel amplified the distress. The rituals were the pressure valve carrying more voltage than the body could comfortably hold.

Soul Destiny: 14:5 — The Mirror That Kept Transmitting

The 5 frequency appears in this position again. When a frequency repeats across positions like this, the soul is making something unmistakably clear. This was not a passing theme. The sensitivity, the pioneer quality, the ahead-of-its-time knowing — these were the central thread of who he was, woven through his body and his highest purpose simultaneously.

But the 14:5 is not only a 5. The 14 is what makes this destiny position so singular.

The 14 is the mirror frequency. Those who carry it don’t simply move through the world, they reflect it. People who encounter a 14 see themselves in that person’s presence, whether they realize it or not. When someone is drawn to a 14, they are often drawn to what they recognize in themselves. And when someone reacts with hostility or dismissal, they are frequently reacting to something the mirror has revealed about them that they would rather not see.

This creates intensity. The 14 rarely has a quiet life. Relationships tend toward the profound or the combative, sometimes both. People either recognize something sacred in the 14’s presence or they feel deeply unsettled by it and push back hard.

Look at Tesla's life through this lens and it reframes almost everything. Edison, who publicly humiliated him over a promised bonus and later waged a campaign against his AC technology, was a man who built his entire identity on ownership and credit.

Tesla genuinely did not care who received the recognition, as long as the work was done. That alone would have made him an uncomfortable mirror for someone like Edison.

J.P. Morgan presents a similar reflection. He initially funded Tesla’s most ambitious project, but withdrew support when the vision expanded beyond what could be commercialized. He was looking at a man who wanted to give power freely to the entire world. That reflection had a price.

Tesla seemed to understand this dynamic, even if not in these terms. He said:

The 14:5 in this position doesn’t arrive to confirm what the world already knows. It arrives to transmit what the world is not yet ready for. And it continues transmitting long after the person is gone.

When Tesla died, he was largely uncredited for much of what he had made possible. In 1960, the International System of Units named the measurement of magnetic flux density the Tesla in his honor. His patents were revisited. His vision for wireless energy began to look less like fantasy and more like infrastructure the world was finally ready to build. A car company took his name and built the vehicles of the next era.

The transmission didn’t stop when the transmitter did.

The Full Picture: A Soul Sent Ahead of Its Time

When you stop looking at Tesla’s frequencies as separate positions and begin to see them as a living system, everything starts to make sense.

It begins with the 5:5 — a nervous system tuned to feel everything. He wasn’t simply perceptive; he was absorbing the energetic weight of every room, every person, every interaction.

Now layer the 7:7 over that.

A heart that magnetized the world, yet struggled to let the world in.

The 5 made the overwhelm real. The 7 made the wall feel necessary. Together, they created a man who was profoundly connected to humanity in the largest sense, and profoundly alone in the most personal one.

Then the intensity deepens.

Add the 18:9 — a frequency carrying both higher vision and immense force. The 18 brings the old-soul wisdom, the ability to remember possibilities beyond the current framework of reality and translate them into form. The 9 brings the voltage, catalytic power, and transformative force required to move that vision through the world.

Together, this is not just power. It’s power directed by vision.

In someone already feeling everything through the 5 and protecting himself through the 7, that energy had nowhere to move. The power was there. The channel was not.

And then the 1:1 enters the system.

The first frequency. The origin point. The vibration of spiritual power, authority, leadership, and rebirth. This is not only the frequency of unity consciousness, but of stabilization. The ability to hold immense energy and transmit it in a grounded way.

But when that level of power has no clear outlet, it turns inward. The 18:9 brought both vision and force. The 1 brought spiritual power and the need to stabilize it. When neither had a clear channel, all of that accumulated voltage began to collapse inward and created the rituals, the counting, the scrubbing and the control.

This was not madness. It was an overloaded system trying to regulate itself.

And then the 14:5 Soul Destiny lays over all of it.

The mirror frequency fused with the pioneer sensitivity of the 5 appearing for a second time in his chart. Tesla didn’t simply move through the world, he reflected it. People saw themselves in his presence. Those who were ready for what the mirror revealed were transformed by him. Those who were not resisted him, withdrew support, took credit, and walked away.

His chart is quite unique. It shows how sensitivity and too much power can play out. The sensitivity intensified the isolation. The isolation intensified the blocked power. And the blocked power intensified the compulsions.

Everything fed everything else. And yet the transmission never stopped. The vision and force of the 18:9, together with the mirror of the 14:5, continued broadcasting long after the vessel had gone quiet.

The future he worked for still arrived. It simply arrived without him here to witness it. He was born during a lightning storm. He spent his life proving electricity could serve all of humanity. He died alone, his greatest vision unfinished, his name not yet fully understood.

And then the world caught up. As he knew it would.

The Mystery After His Death

Tesla died alone in the New Yorker Hotel on January 7, 1943. His body was discovered by a hotel maid.

The very next day, the U.S. government’s Office of Alien Property seized everything in his room. Every document, paper, and trunk of research accumulated over a lifetime. This was the height of World War II, and Tesla had claimed in his later years to have developed a powerful particle-beam weapon he called the Death Ray. The government was not willing to let that technology find its way into the wrong hands.

Then 3 weeks after his death, an MIT electrical engineer named Dr. John G. Trump was brought in to evaluate the papers and determine whether they contained anything of significant value. His official conclusion was that Tesla’s work was primarily speculative and philosophical in nature, and that nothing in the documents represented new or workable principles worth pursuing.

That Dr. John G. Trump was Donald Trump’s uncle.

Some of Tesla’s papers were eventually returned and now reside at the Nikola Tesla Museum in Belgrade, Serbia. Others are reported as lost. What remains classified, what was quietly kept, and what was simply never returned is a question that has never been fully answered. The FBI didn’t begin declassifying its Tesla files until 2016, more than 70 years after his death.

The man who said the future was his died with his life’s work in someone else’s hands.

What they did with it, and what they chose not to see, is a story that remains open.

And given what we now know he understood about energy, frequency, and vibration, perhaps that is the most intriguing question of all.

In the Soul Contract system, a form of spiritual numerology rooted in Hebrew vibration, your birth name encodes a map of your soul’s journey. Every number in your chart carries a frequency, and each frequency comes with its own energy, its own teachings, and its own particular flavor of challenge.

Some frequencies ask you to step into leadership. Some ask you to learn trust. And some, the ones we’re talking about today, ask you to feel. Deeply, fully, and often uncomfortably.

These are the sensitive frequencies.

They show up in my clients in very specific ways. The person who’s been battling anxiety for years, but can’t trace it back to anything obvious.

The one who knows exactly what they want to say but freezes the moment it’s time to say it.

The one who has done everything right on paper and still can’t shake the feeling that they’re not enough.

The 5 Frequencies That Feel Everything Deeply

Frequency 2 — The Wisdom Keeper

Polarity: Foolishness to Wisdom

If you carry the 2, you may have grown up feeling like you cared too much. Too affected by what people said. Too tuned into the emotional undercurrents everyone else seemed to brush off. You might have made decisions that looked foolish from the outside, and perhaps even to yourself in hindsight, but every one of those experiences was quietly building something in you.

The 2 is one of the most emotionally intelligent frequencies in the chart. It learns through living, through feeling, through the full arc of human experience. The sensitivity isn’t the problem. It’s the weight of what it came here to feel.

The lesson: Your empathy is not weakness. It’s data. The goal is to stop apologizing for how deeply you feel and start trusting that it gives you access to wisdom most people have to work much harder to find. Become emotional resilient.

Ways to heal: Take a gentle approach first. Begin by naming what you feel before deciding what to do about it. Journaling works beautifully here. Practices such as yoga, tai chi, and dance can help soften physical rigidity and move emotions that may be held in the body, along with bodywork like massage or craniosacral therapy. As you feel ready, you can gradually move into deeper healing modalities that help process old emotional wounds.

Frequency 3 — The Hidden Teacher

Polarity: Poverty to Wealth

The 3 is the quiet one in the back of the room who actually has the most to say. If this frequency is in your chart, you may have grown up feeling invisible, overlooked, or unsure whether your voice was worth using. You pushed your feelings down so far that sometimes you have to go searching for them, like navigating an inner labyrinth just to know how you feel about something.

But here’s the truth about the 3:

You’re an old soul carrying deep wisdom, and people feel that when you speak. That’s why they lean in when you talk. That’s why your words land differently. The “poverty” in this polarity is not always about money. It’s usually about self worth. But true wealth? It’s everything that pours out of you once you finally claim your place.

The lesson: Your insights aren’t too much, and your feelings are nothing to hide. What you’ve been holding may be exactly what someone else needs to hear. The path is to build self-worth through expression and to turn experiences into wisdom that can guide others.

Ways to heal: Heal through expression. What is felt needs movement, voice, and form. Journaling, speaking your truth out loud, creative writing, music, art, or any form of self-expression helps restore this energy. Healing also comes through rebuilding self-worth. Notice where you minimize yourself, apologize for your feelings, or hold back what you know. Practices that strengthen confidence, such as affirmations, inner child work, therapy, or sharing your story in safe spaces, can be deeply supportive. The more this frequency learns that its voice has value, the more it begins to heal.

Frequency 5 — The Empath Pioneer

The 5 feels everything, and then some. Not just the emotions of the people in the room, but often a low level hum of collective anxiety that has nothing to do with their personal life. If you’ve dealt with unexplained anxiety, a restless mind, or an inability to settle without knowing why, this frequency may be at work.

The 5 is deeply spiritual and highly intuitive, and it’s often the frequency of someone who came here to say something new. To pioneer an idea. To speak a truth that hasn’t been spoken in quite that way before. The sensitivity is actually what gives them that access. The challenge is learning to tell the difference between their own signal and all the noise they’re picking up from everywhere else.

The lesson: You’re not anxious because something’s wrong with you. You’re anxious because you’re porous and the world is loud. Learning to filter, ground, and trust your own signal is the work.

Ways to heal: Energetic hygiene is essential for the 5. This might look like visualization, breathwork, intentional time alone, or simply getting outside. Ask yourself regularly: Am I feeling my feelings, or someone else’s? The more you can distinguish between the two, the more your intuition becomes a tool rather than a burden.

Frequency 8 — The Grounded Healer

The 8 is often described as a high frequency soul who volunteered for this. Which sounds beautiful until you’re in the thick of human life wondering what exactly you signed up for. Many people with the 8 frequency came in deeply sensitive and were taught early, directly or indirectly, to suppress it. To achieve instead of feel. To caretake instead of receive. To stay busy enough that the depth didn’t have to be dealt with.

The 8 is frequently found in healers, mediums, and people with a profound connection to animals and nature. The empathy runs deep. So does the tendency to blur their own boundaries in service of others.

The lesson: You can’t pour from a place of disconnection. Feeling your own emotions, all the way through, not just intellectually, isn’t indulgent. It’s the entire point of this frequency.

Ways to heal: The 8 needs embodiment. Movement, bodywork, hands in the earth, creative work with your hands. Anything that gets you out of your head and into the physical experience of being here. The healing you offer others will only go as deep as the healing you allow in yourself.

Frequency 11:2 — The Soul Builder

Polarity: Death to Life

The 11:2 isn’t a single frequency. It’s two complete energies fused together, and that means you’re carrying two full sets of lessons in one lifetime. I would say it’s probably the most sensitive out of all the numbers. And I have it in my Soul Destiny (yay!)

The 2 brings the journey from foolishness to wisdom, deep emotional resilience built through lived experience. The 11 brings the lesson of death and rebirth, the phoenix energy, the kind of transformation that only comes through real loss. Together, they create one of the most intense and sensitive frequencies in the entire Soul Contract system.

Here’s what that tends to look like in real life.

Because the 11:2 is so emotionally porous, especially in childhood, you were absorbing everything around you. The dysfunction, the beliefs, the patterns, the unspoken rules of your family or environment. And because you grew up inside it, you thought it was normal. You started building your life on a foundation that wasn’t actually yours.

At some point, usually following something painful, you wake up. A divorce. A friendship that dissolves. A career that falls apart. The loss of someone you loved. Sometimes something even more profound, a health crisis or near death experience. The 11’s lesson of “death to life” is not always just metaphor. Something real tends to have to end before you can finally start building from your own truth.

This is also why the 11:2 can feel like an emotional rollercoaster. The highs are high. The lows are genuinely hard. And without a clear inner structure, it’s easy to feel lost, directionless, or dependent on other people’s beliefs and frameworks instead of your own.

But here’s what you’re actually here to do: Build.

Build a business, a community, a philosophy, a book, a legacy. Its the builder energy at its core. Your truth doesn’t come from theory. It comes from everything you’ve survived and integrated, and that’s exactly what makes people feel safe in your presence. You’re a natural counselor. A guide. Someone who can hold multiple perspectives at once because you’ve genuinely lived inside more than one.

The lesson: Let go. Not because things don’t matter, but because nothing stays the same and everything is meant to expand, change, and grow. The losses weren’t punishments. They were the clearing of the land so you could finally build something real.

Ways to heal: The 11:2 nervous system needs daily resetting, not just crisis management. Grounding practices, time in nature, somatic work, a consistent morning rhythm. Because this frequency absorbs so much, the body often carries what the mind hasn’t processed yet. Watch for tension in the neck, shoulders, and jaw. Watch for shallow breathing. Watch for fatigue that doesn’t have an obvious cause. These are signals, not random symptoms. Define your own structure of truth and return to it often. That inner foundation is the most important thing you’ll ever build.

You Were Built For Depth

What matters most is this:

None of these frequencies are asking you to become less sensitive. They’re asking you to stop treating sensitivity as a problem to manage and start treating it as the very thing that makes you effective, as a friend, a healer, a creator, a human being who can actually feel what’s real.

The world doesn’t need you to have thicker skin. It needs you to know what to do with the skin you’ve got.

I grew up listening to Elvis. His music was just part of the background of my childhood, one of those voices that felt like it had always existed and always would. But I found myself wondering recently what today’s generation actually thinks of him. So naturally, I did what any curious person does. I called my 16 year old niece.

I asked her if she knew who Elvis was. She laughed and said, “Bro, of course I know who Elvis is.”

So I followed up by asking if she’d actively listen when one of his songs came on the radio—she said she wouldn’t.

And that told me everything I needed to know. Because here’s the thing, she knows who he is, she just doesn’t feel the pull. That distinction matters more than it might seem, and by the time we get to his Talent frequency, you’ll understand exactly why.

Introduction

Elvis Aaron Presley was born on January 8, 1935, in a two room shotgun house in Tupelo, Mississippi, in the depths of the Great Depression. He entered the world as a twin. His brother Jesse Garon was stillborn. And so from the very first breath, Elvis carried both an extraordinary presence and a profound absence. He was the child who survived. He would spend his whole life feeling the weight of that.

Before we look at his chart, a quick note on the name. Elvis was registered on his birth certificate as Elvis Aron Presley, with a single A. Later in life he preferred the biblical spelling, Aaron, and moved to change it legally.

In Soul Contract work, that doesn’t matter. We always work from the legal birth certificate, because names are rarely accidents. Whatever story surrounds the spelling, the soul chose what was recorded. The chart that emerges speaks entirely for itself.

Now here is the first thing I noticed when I laid out his numbers. Every position is doubled. 5 frequencies repeating, with the 7 and 8 standing out as dominant themes.

When a soul chooses a chart like this, it’s not here to dabble across many experiences. It’s here to go deep. To master one concentrated field from every possible angle.

This isn’t a chart that wanders. This is a chart on a mission.

What Each Frequency Reveals:

Physical Karma: 4:4 — The Cost of Mistrust

The 4 frequency carries the polarity of barren to fruitful and lessons of trust, abundance, and the willingness to receive. In its shadow, it shows up as scarcity, abandonment, isolation, and a deep mistrust of whether there will ever be enough.

Elvis began life in that shadow. When he was 3 years old, his father Vernon was jailed for 8 months for altering a check. The little boy who would one day fill stadiums sat on the porch crying for his dad. That’s the 4 wound in its earliest and most tender form. The ground shifting beneath your feet before you are old enough to understand why.

And yet the 4 in its light is extraordinary. It carries intelligence, psychic attunement, the ability to see what is coming before others can. It’s the frequency of natural abundance, of learning to trust the flow of life enough to let it move through you. From the time he was a small child, Elvis seemed to hold a certainty about his future, telling his mother he was going to buy her a fine house and two Cadillacs one day. He wasn’t dreaming. He was seeing.

The shadow side is what many who loved Elvis recognized in his later years. The spending was relentless, the generosity compulsive, the swings between fortune and financial crisis were significant. Despite earning millions, he was close to bankruptcy at points in his career.

It’s possible that no matter how much came in, it never felt like enough. Without trust in the permanence of enough, the 4 keeps cycling between feast and famine, trying to fill something that needs a different kind of nourishment altogether.

Physical & Spiritual Talent: 7:7 — The Magnet

This is the frequency that explains everything people can’t quite explain about Elvis.

The 7 in both Talent positions carries the love frequency of the heart. It’s magnetic, catalytic, and deeply connective. People drawn to a 7 can’t always tell you why they feel what they feel in that person’s presence. They just know something happens to them. The heart opens. The body responds.

Early television performances from the mid-1950s reveal a magnetism that made audiences swoon, a gentle demeanor jolted by sudden movement, an aw-shucks grin that somehow undid people completely. Women fainted. Crowds rushed the stage. At one Mississippi performance, 50 National Guardsmen were added to the police detail simply to manage the audience response. That’s not stagecraft, that’s a heart field.

The 7 Talent in its light is a natural networker, someone who activates healing in others simply by being present. Elvis did this on a massive level. He synthesized gospel, blues, and country and gave it back in a form that crossed every boundary the culture had erected. He didn’t plan that, he was that. The integration, the authenticity, the way it all landed without effort, that was simply who he was.

The shadow of the 7 is where the story becomes harder to look at. Emotional suppression. Isolation. Resistance to engage with what is real. A tendency toward fantasy as a way of avoiding the interior. Those closest to him observed that he was never truly at ease, that beneath the charisma lived a man who found it almost impossible to trust the people around him.

The man whose heart frequency healed millions could not find a way to let that same energy turn inward and do the same for himself.

Spiritual Karma: 3:3 — The Voice That Rose From Nothing

The 3 frequency carries the energy of communication, teaching, creativity, and leadership. It’s the voice that brings things up from the depths, the presence that can move a room, shift a culture, open a mind. In its light, the 3 is intuitive and genuinely creative in ways that change what people believe is possible.

In its shadow, the 3 carries poverty consciousness and self-worth wounds so deep they can sit entirely invisible beneath a surface of apparent success. The 3 in shadow does not want to listen. It hides. It can swing between ego as armor and a private conviction that none of it is real or deserved.

Elvis grew up knowing what it meant to have nothing. His family moved repeatedly as poverty dictated their circumstances. He went to school in clothes that marked him as poor. He was bullied and largely friendless through much of his early years. The boy who would teach the world how to feel music was learning in those years to hide, to become small, to stay out of the way of ridicule.

And yet the 3 in its gift is unmistakable in what Elvis became. He was one of the greatest communicators in the history of popular music, not because he had technical training, but because he transmitted feeling directly. His love of music was so great he said:

“I’m not in the music business for the fame or the money. I’m in it because I love it.”

The gift of bringing something from the depths into the light. Of teaching not through instruction, but through transmission.

What may never have fully left him was the fear that it could all disappear. That underneath the King was still the poor kid from Tupelo who never expected to be anybody important. He once said as much himself:

“I never expected to be anybody important.”

And perhaps he carried an awareness that his time here would be short because he also stated:

“I don’t feel I’ll live a long life. That’s why I have to get what I can from every day.”

The 3 asks the soul to move from poverty consciousness to genuine inner wealth, not money, not fame, but the unshakeable knowing that you are enough and that you belong here. Elvis got closer than he started. Whether he ever fully arrived is something only he could answer.

Spiritual Goal: 6:6 — Power, Creativity, and the Shadow of Addiction

The 6 frequency carries enormous creative force. In its light it is visionary, catalytic, focused, and genuinely powerful in the world.

The 6 in its positive expression is someone who can manifest on a grand scale, who holds a vision and brings it into being, whose creativity feeds and expands rather than contracts.

The creative part of him was imprinted deeply. His genius may have been less in writing most of his songs, but more so in transforming them into something unmistakably has his own. He said:

“I’m always thinking about creating. My future starts when I wake up ever morning….Every day, I find something creative to do with my life.”

But in the shadow of this frequency, the 6 is where Elvis’s story finds some of its most painful chapters. Anger. Frustration. A fear of failure so profound it can masquerade as control. Blocked creativity seeking relief through any available exit. And addiction.

The 6 shadow and addiction have a specific relationship. When the creative force cannot flow freely, when the power cannot find its proper channel, it looks for release. It looks for something that provides the feeling of expansion without the vulnerability of genuine expression.

Elvis’s creative output under Colonel Tom Parker’s management was, for long stretches, exactly that kind of blockage. He was steered away from the international touring and serious film roles he wanted, locked instead into an exhausting cycle of performances and forgettable films that slowly drained his creative life.

The 6 visionary who had genuinely changed music was confined to a track that served everyone around him more than it served him. That’s the 6 wound in precise and brutal detail. Power that cannot move, creativity that cannot expand, frustration with nowhere to go.

To keep Elvis on stage and generating income, prescription drugs entered the picture, and an addiction took hold that those around him were ultimately unable or unwilling to address. The 6 in its deepest shadow had arrived. The man who had come here with a vision of extraordinary scope was now trapped in a cycle he couldn’t find his way out of.

Physical Goal & Soul Destiny: 8:8 — Spirit Into Form

The 8 frequency carries the energy of souls who arrive from a high vibrational place and must learn to be here, fully, in a body.

The 8 in its light is nurturing, grounded, sensitive, and deeply connected to the physical world as sacred. In its shadow, the 8 resists embodiment. It stays ungrounded. It numbs. It doesn't want to feel what being human actually costs.

Elvis’s Goal asked him to learn presence through embodiment. His Soul Destiny went even further. His highest purpose was to bring spirit into form, to demonstrate that enlightenment is not an escape from life, but a full embrace of it, to heal the split between body and soul, to show that divinity lives in every breath, every heartbeat, every ordinary earthly moment.

He was extraordinary at this, until he wasn’t.

In his prime, Elvis was one of the most fully embodied performers in history. His earliest stage movements came directly from the gospel singers he had watched as a young man, performers who moved as an expression of spirit passing through them. When Elvis was on stage and in his body, the 8 was fully alive. Spirit was in form. The audience could feel it because it was real.

But when the creative force became blocked, when the isolation deepened and the numbing took hold, the 8 shadow arrived with ferocity. In his final years he lived nocturnally at Graceland, increasingly absent from his own life, the prescription drugs that had been meant to keep him functional now keeping him somewhere else entirely. The man whose soul purpose was embodied presence had left the building long before his body did.

He died on August 16, 1977. He was 42 years old. I’m almost that age as I write this, and I find that genuinely hard to wrap my head around.

A Legacy That Outlived the Man

What strikes me most about Elvis’s Soul Contract is not any single frequency, but how they speak to each other.

The 3 security wounds feeds the 4 scarcity. The 4 mistrust feeds the 7 emotional suppression. The 7 isolation feeds the 6 blocked creativity. And the 6 addiction feeds the 8 disconnection from the body. 5 doubled frequencies, each amplifying the last, forming a chain that, in the shadow, became almost impossible to break.

And yet in the light, that same chain is breathtaking. A teacher who communicated from the depths. A soul who trusted enough to become. A heart so magnetic it’s still pulling people toward it half a century later. A visionary whose creative power shaped the modern world. A spirit that, when it was in its body, showed everyone watching what it looks like when heaven lands on earth.

He got there in the music. Every time he stepped on a stage and opened his mouth, something true moved through him, something that no amount of isolation or numbing could fully extinguish. The gospel he loved his whole life was not incidental to who he was.

Perhaps he understood more than we realized. He left us with this:

Have you ever had someone tell you their whole life story within 20 minutes of meeting you? Not because you asked, and not because you pried, just because something about you made them feel safe enough to speak.

If that happens to you regularly, you may carry the energy of Frequency 7.

I know I do. It lives in my Physical Karma position, and understanding that has been one of the most clarifying and honestly humbling parts of my own Soul Contract work.

Because on the surface, I probably look like someone who has the whole connection thing figured out. People open up to me easily. I can hold space. I can sit with someone in their hardest moment and not flinch.

A perfect example of this happened when my sister told me she was pregnant with my niece, her first child. It was unexpected and she was panicking. But me? I was the calm one. “This is great news,” I told her, listing every beautiful thing that was coming.

I held the space, I kept it light, and about an hour later, after some ice cream of course, we were heading out to get baby books. That’s when it hit me. I’m driving and I just start crying, full tears of joy, completely out of nowhere. My sister looked at me like I had lost my mind and said, “What in the hell is happening right now?”

That’s the 7 in action. I’m almost always the strong one in the moment. The emotions come later, privately, when no one is watching. I feel everything deeply, but I tend to process it alone.

And while that’s partly just how I am wired, it’s also very much the pattern this frequency is here to heal. Because what took me longer to admit is that while I was holding space for everyone else, I carefully and very skillfully, was keeping the door to my own heart almost completely closed.

That’s the paradox at the center of frequency 7. And if it’s anywhere in your chart, I imagine some part of you may recognize that in yourself.

A Quick Note on Positions

In Soul Contract work, numbers don’t exist in isolation. Where they sit in your chart changes how they show up in your life.

There are two sides to the chart. The Physical side (down triangle) reflects your lived, human experience your relationships, patterns, and day to day reality. The Spiritual side (up triangle) reflects your soul’s deeper journey and the energy you’re here to embody. And Soul Destiny, in the middle of the chart, is the sum total of all aspects and the ultimate expression of your Soul Contract.

Within each aspect, the number can show up as Karma, Talent, or Goal.

Karma is where the deepest learning lives. Talent is what comes naturally. Goal is what you are growing into over time. And Soul Destiny reveals your life’s meaning.

So when we talk about frequency 7, where it appears in your chart matters just as much as the energy itself. But I must emphasize, unless you have completely, mastered this number, you can still feel challenging aspects in any position.

The Frequency Itself

7 is one of the most magnetic energies in the entire Soul Contract system.

It’s considered a master number, carrying a quality that draws people in simply through presence, and at the very center of it, is the heart.

Not in a soft, uncomplicated way, but in a deep, sometimes messy, occasionally painful way.

The 7 is here to heal the heart. Its own heart first. And through that healing, the hearts of everyone it touches.

The Shadow: The Mask

When the 7 is unresolved, it carries a very particular kind of duality.

On the outside, you appear warm, grounded, and completely trustworthy. People gravitate toward you. They tell you things. They feel seen in your presence. You are genuinely good at all of that, it’s not performance.

But privately? You are a completely different story.

You monitor what you share and with whom. You adapt slightly depending on the room you are in, not dishonestly, just carefully. You have probably had your heart broken in a way that rearranged how much of yourself you were willing to let people see. And somewhere along the way, wearing masks became so natural that you stopped noticing you were doing it.

The shadow expressions of this frequency include isolation, mistrust, withdrawal, and a kind of control that looks a lot like composure.

I recognize all of this in myself. For a long time I wondered why I kept attracting the same kind of relationship. Different person, same dynamic, same outcome. I dated a lot over the years, and now being in my 40s and still single is something I never would have predicted for my life. Although to be fair, I’m completely happy and love where I’m at in life. Once I understood my chart, it started to make complete sense.

The 7 in my Physical Karma was asking me to look at the wound underneath the pattern, not just the pattern itself. The heartbreak was not bad luck. It was part of what I came here to heal.

And the hiding piece? That one I’m still working on. Putting myself out there publicly, recording voiceovers for some of my posts, eventually moving toward video. These are not small things for someone whose soul lesson is literally about being seen. They are the work. And I am taking it one baby step at a time.

The Light: The Magnet

Here is what happens when a person with frequency 7 energy starts doing the inner work.

The magnetism, which was always there, shifts quality. It stops being just comforting and starts being genuinely transformative. People are not just drawn to your presence. They leave changed by it. Something in their heart opens that was not open before.

This is what the 7 is truly here to do. Not just to be a safe space, but to be a catalyst. To help people heal, connect, make decisions, see themselves more clearly, and feel less alone in their experience.

At its highest expression, the 7 is a networker, a unifier, a heart-centered leader. The person who walks into a room and shifts the energy. This is not because they are performing anything. It’s because they have done enough of their own healing that their authenticity alone becomes an invitation for others.

The light of this frequency includes deep compassion, magnetic presence, clear objectivity, and a natural ability to bring people and possibilities together. These qualities do not have to be built from scratch. They are what remains when the masks finally come off.

What This Looks Like Across the Positions

Physical Karma: The heart lessons have shown up most concretely in your human relationships. Patterns of heartbreak, attracting unavailable people, or giving more than you receive. The healing here is embodied, it happens through experiences, through the relationships that cracked you open and the work you did afterward. So basically, lots of heartache or breakups until you learn the lesson.

Physical Talent: Connecting with people comes naturally to you. You may have always been the one others turn to, the networker, the person who knows everyone and can bring the right people together without even trying.

Physical Goal: You are moving toward becoming a living example of open-hearted connection. The goal is not perfection. It’s presence. Showing up as yourself, more and more fully, in the day-to-day fabric of your life.

Spiritual Karma: At a soul level, there may be deep-seated patterns around guarding the heart, mistrust, or emotional suppression that carry across lifetimes. The spiritual work here is learning to trust your heart as your compass, even when it has been hurt before.

Spiritual Talent: You carry a natural ability to create healing through your presence, your voice, and your energy. People feel something shift when they are around you. This is not something you do. It’s something you are.

Spiritual Goal: You are being called to lead from the heart at a higher level. To let love, not strategy or performance or control, be the thing that guides your path. As you soften and open, the right people and opportunities move toward you through resonance rather than effort.

Soul Destiny: You are here to lead through the heart. Not by forcing or performing, but by being fully and authentically yourself. It carries the potential to create deep healing simply through presence. People are naturally attracted to your magnetism, and feel safer around you when you stop hiding parts of yourself. The more you trust your heart instead of protecting it, the more naturally your life begins to impact the people around you.

You Might Recognize This Energy If...

Even if frequency 7 doesn’t appear in your chart, you may have it another areas like your common name or date of birth. So you may feel parts of its themes in your life.

You might recognize it if:

→ You are the person everyone calls when something goes wrong, but you process your own struggles quietly and privately.

→ You have experienced at least one relationship that broke your heart in a way that changed how open you allowed yourself to be afterward.

→ You feel most alive in genuine connection, and yet something in you always keeps a small part of yourself just slightly out of reach.

→ You have been told you are easy to talk to, but you privately wonder if anyone actually knows the real you.

→ You are working on being more visible, more vocal, more fully yourself in public, and it feels both necessary and terrifying at the same time.

There Is No Race

One thing I want to say clearly because I think it matters.

Karmic frequencies can take a lifetime to fully integrate.

It’s not a failure. It’s the nature of the work. There is no deadline and there is no version of this where you are behind. The healing unfolds in layers, and each layer is exactly on time.

I’m still in mine. The voiceovers are a layer. The willingness to write honestly about my own patterns is a layer. And the slow, steady practice of allowing people in just a little more than I used to? That is part of it too. All of it counts. None of it has to be dramatic or sudden.

The invitation of frequency 7 is simply to keep moving toward the open heart. Not because someone is waiting for you to get there, but because your whole life gets lighter and a whole lot better when you do.

The Man Behind the Myth

There’s a particular kind of person who becomes a legend while they’re still alive. Chuck Norris was one of them.

For a generation of us, Walker, Texas Ranger was on Saturday nights or Sunday afternoons, depending on the rerun schedule your family landed on. Cordell Walker riding horses, delivering justice, and somehow always winning every fight without breaking a sweat. He was an archetype more than a man.

The internet eventually turned that into a whole mythology of its own, those “Chuck Norris Facts” that spread everywhere in the early 2000s. He couldn’t be bitten by a cobra without the cobra dying. That kind of thing.

He was loved enough that even my best friend Ben named his cat Chuck Norris. Chucky, for short. When Chucky passed away last year, Ben called me about it. So when the real Chuck Norris died, I called him to give him the sad news.

Chuck Norris passed away on March 19, 2026, at 86, and the tributes that followed all circled the same idea: this was a man defined by discipline, resilience, and a code he actually lived by.

From Ryan, Oklahoma

Chuck Norris, born Carlos Ray Norris on March 10, 1940, in Ryan, Oklahoma. He grew up poor. His father, Ray Norris, was a mechanic and bus driver who struggled with alcohol, going on drinking binges that could last for months.

Chuck described his childhood as downbeat. He was shy, nonathletic, and scholastically mediocre by his own account. Embarrassed by his father’s behavior and the family’s financial instability, he developed a deep introversion that stayed with him well into adolescence.

In 1958, he joined the Air Force as an Air Policeman, what we call today Security Forces, and was stationed in South Korea. That’s where he was first introduced to Tang Soo Do. This is when something shifted. The shy, unconfident kid from Oklahoma found a structure that worked for him, and he committed to it completely.

By 1968, he held the World Professional Middleweight Karate Championship, a title he defended for 6 consecutive years before retiring undefeated. He went on to found his own martial system, Chun Kuk Do, and build a network of schools that spread across the country.

Steve McQueen, one of his karate students, encouraged him to try acting. So he did. The rest became a career spanning 5 decades, a cultural phenomenon, and eventually, an internet legend.

What Each Frequency Reveals:

Physical Karma and Talent: 6:6 — The Creative Force That Had to Find Its Channel

The 6 is the frequency of ideas, creativity, and manifestation. It’s the soul that sees what doesn’t yet exist and finds a way to bring it into form. Visionary, original, inventive, it can generate possibilities that others simply don’t have access to.

Because the 6 understands how to turn an idea into something real, it tends to produce not just creative work but lasting infrastructure around it. Good business sense is often part of the package. The 6 doesn’t just imagine things. It builds them, and then it builds the structure that sustains them.

Its shadow is equally potent. When the creative force has no outlet, it doesn’t stay quiet. It turns into frustration, rigidity, or a chronic restlessness the soul can’t quite name.

If you’ve been following for a while, you know the 6 can also express itself through addiction. In Chuck’s case, it showed up through his father. Chuck Norris grew up inside that shadow. His father’s alcoholism shaped the household in ways he described as defining. Unpredictability, financial instability, a family system under pressure with nowhere for that pressure to go. That is the 6 creative force with no channel yet.

Martial arts gave the frequency a direction. He didn’t just learn a discipline, he eventually created one. Chun Kuk Do was his own synthesis, drawn from his Tang Soo Do foundation and formalized as the Chuck Norris System. He then built the United Fighting Arts Federation to govern that community, launched Kickstart Kids to bring martial arts into public schools, produced Walker, Texas Ranger, and kept creating well into his later decades with books, a wellness brand, and a bottling company. The 6 had found its creative outlet, and it never stopped.

Physical Goal and Spiritual Karma: 12:3 — The Teacher Who Had to Learn Self-Worth First

The 12 carries themes of justice, devotion, and the wound around self-worth. It asks the soul to move from seeking external validation toward a self-worth that doesn’t need to be proven.

The 3 brings the gift of expression and communication, the ability to translate experiences into something others can receive and use. It also carries one of the most striking polarities in the system: poverty to wealth.

Chuck Norris was born into the poverty end of that polarity in the most literal sense. What he built across his lifetime financially, institutionally, and culturally is the 3 moving through its full arc. The creativity of the 6 generated the ideas. The expression of the 3 gave them reach and staying power.

That transmission showed up most clearly in how he taught. Not just on the mat, but through his autobiography, through Kickstart Kids, through Walker, Texas Ranger as a vehicle for moral storytelling. He believed, from his own experience, that discipline could transform a kid who felt like nothing. He spent decades finding ways to pass that on.

Spiritual Talent and Goal: 8:8 — The Warrior Learning to Feel

The 8 is the frequency of emotional grounding and genuine connection, with the earth, with the body, with other people. In its shadow, it reads rooms expertly and adapts to them while staying disconnected from itself. It stays busy, stays useful, stays competent, and keeps the interior at a careful distance.

The gift is a deep clairvoyant sensitivity, an almost animal attunement to what is real beneath the surface. The journey is from performing connection to inhabiting it.

Chuck came across as stoic. And his character, Walker, was not exactly designed for emotional vulnerability either. But people who knew him described something more genuine underneath: a man who was not comfortable with emotional exposure, who expressed care through action and loyalty rather than words, and who found it easier to be present in a fight than in a feeling.

The 8’s relationship to the natural world showed up in how he actually lived. He settled on a ranch in Texas. He raised horses. He talked about the land with an affection that didn’t sound like it was for show. That’s the 8 finding its footing in the physical world, learning what it feels like to be genuinely somewhere.

His later turn toward Christian faith reads as the 8 beginning to move into its spiritual work in earnest. Not just competence and loyalty, but a willingness to be in relationship with something that asked for surrender rather than strength. That’s a meaningful shift for a frequency that has spent a lifetime in control.

Soul Destiny: 7:7 — Pure Magnetism

The 7 is not a quiet frequency. It’s one of pure magnetism, a presence so naturally compelling that people are drawn to express themselves to it, often before they understand why. There is something about the 7 that makes others feel seen, safe, and willing to open. It’s no coincidence that this number shows up again and again in the charts of actors and public figures. The 7 doesn’t have to perform charisma. It simply has it.

But the 7’s highest purpose is not the magnetism itself. The magnetism is the vehicle. The Soul Destiny of 7:7 asks the soul to become something larger: a living anchor of the awakened heart. To be a walking example of love in motion, guiding others back to connection, truth, and wholeness through presence alone.

When the 7 is fully alive, the universe responds to it differently. What’s needed begins to flow toward it with a kind of grace, because the heart has become a beacon rather than a receiver.

Chuck’s pull on the culture was always outsized relative to what it should have been on paper. He was not a conventionally trained actor. His films were not critically celebrated. And yet something about him kept people coming back, kept the loyalty fierce and genuine, kept the cultural fascination alive long enough to become an internet mythology and then outlast it entirely.

That is the 7 at work. People wanted to be near it, to watch it, to tell stories about it.

His personal code, the rules he wrote and lived by through Chun Kuk Do, points toward the internal architecture behind that pull. Looking for the good in people. Maintaining loyalty. Seeking to uplift rather than diminish.

These are not the behaviors of someone performing virtue. They are the behaviors of someone whose heart had become, through decades of discipline and faith, genuinely oriented toward others. The warmth of the 7 is never assumed. It’s built, and once built, it radiates.

The Shape Of A Life Lived Right

When you look at his life through this lens, the mythology starts to make more sense. Not because he was superhuman, but because he was aligned with what he came here to do.

The 6 created. The 3 expressed and taught. The 8 learned connection the only way he new how. And the 7, was magnetic and his genuine love became something people could feel.

That’s what endures. Not the roundhouse kicks. Not the one-liners. Not even the legend. But the frequency of a life that, over time, moved into coherence with itself. And once that happens, people respond to it whether they understand why or not.

Because alignment is not passive, it’s built. Chosen. Reinforced over and over again, until it becomes who you are.

Everyone wants the “gift” of their number. Very few want to look at the pattern.

But the pattern is the point.

Before we get into that, I want to ground this a bit because not everyone here is familiar with how I work with numbers.

I use a form of numerology often referred to as Soul Contracts. It’s based on your full birth name, and the idea is simple but powerful: your name holds a map of your soul’s intention for this lifetime.

It’s not just your strengths, not just your personality, but your patterns, your challenges, and the specific lessons you came here to move through.

This is why I’m so drawn to it.

Because instead of asking, “What’s wrong with me?”
It gives you a different question: “What is this trying to teach me?”

Your challenges stop feeling random and your patterns start making sense.
Then you begin to see that what keeps repeating in your life… isn’t punishment. It’s actually an instruction.

At the same time, this is important to understand: These numbers do not work in isolation. You don’t just “have a 3” or “are a 7.”

You carry a combination of numbers, all interacting with each other and sometimes reinforcing, contradicting, or creating tension that becomes the very thing you’re here to work through. That’s where the depth is.

That’s why two people with the same number can live it completely differently, because the expression of the number is personal. It’s shaped by your full chart, your experiences, and the level of awareness you bring to it.

So as you read this, don’t try to label yourself too quickly. Instead, notice what resonates. Notice what feels familiar. Notice what feels uncomfortable. That’s usually where the lesson is.

Each number carries a frequency, and within that frequency, there are 3 layers:

1. The distortion (what it looks like when you’re out of alignment)

2. The lesson (what life is trying to show you)

3. The embodiment (who you become when you integrate it)

If you only focus on the positive traits, you’ll miss the part that’s actually running your life.

This is where the shift happens.

1 — Power

Distortion: Control, ego, proving yourself, isolation through hyper-independence
Lesson: True power comes through alignment, not force
Embodiment: Embodying divine power through service, humility, and unity

2 — Emotional Wisdom

Distortion: Overly sensitive, reactive, insecure, lacking discernment
Lesson: Emotional experiences are meant to refine your judgment
Embodiment: Becoming a wise, emotionally steady guide for others

3 — Expression

Distortion: Silencing yourself or speaking for validation without depth
Lesson: Your voice carries weight when it comes from truth
Embodiment: Reclaiming your voice and teaching from your soul

4 — Trust & Stability

Distortion: Overworking, rigidity, fear of lack, needing control over outcomes
Lesson: You are supported—life is not meant to be forced
Embodiment: Trusting divine provision and expanding into flow, creation, and sharing

5 — Truth & Alignment

Distortion: Scattered energy, inconsistency, saying what feels safe instead of what’s true
Lesson: Your truth anchors your life
Embodiment: Speaking your truth, grounding spiritual energy, and living intuitively

6 — Creative Channel

Distortion: Fear, self-doubt, blocking inspiration, over-responsibility

Distortion: Overwhelm, pressure, disconnect from purpose, misusing potential

You’re not here to “get it right” the first time. You’re here to recognize the pattern.
Learn the lesson and choose differently.

That’s how the number evolves and that’s how you evolve.

There are people who arrive in this world already carrying a mission. Not a goal they set. Not a dream they stumbled into. A mission. You can feel it in the way their presence lingers long after they are gone. Selena was one of those people.

Today marks another year since her life ended far too early, which makes it a fitting moment to look at the deeper blueprint she carried.

She only lived to 23 years old. Two weeks shy of her 24th birthday. And yet in the 31 years since her death, her music is still being downloaded and listened to, her face is painted on murals, and her legacy is physically anchored in Corpus Christi where a life-size bronze statue stands on the Bayfront Seawall and a museum dedicated entirely to her life and work still draws visitors from around the world.

That kind of staying power does not come from talent alone. It comes from a soul that arrived here with something very specific to do.

Today we are going to look at her Soul Contract. We are going to see how her frequencies, her karmic patterns, her talents, and her spiritual mission all wove together into a life that was brief, brilliant, and still very much alive.

A Little Background

Selena was born on April 16, 1971 in Lake Jackson, Texas. She was the youngest of three children, raised by her father Abraham Quintanilla, a former musician who had faced real discrimination as a Mexican-American man trying to make it in the music industry.

Abraham heard something in Selena’s voice when she was 6 years old and made a decision that would shape her entire life. He formed a family band, Selena y Los Dinos, with Selena out front. By the time she was 10, she was performing at weddings and small venues. By the time she was in 8th grade, she was pulled from school entirely to focus on the band.

She grew up on the road, in restaurants her family ran to make ends meet, in recording studios, and on stages. She was Texas-born and English-dominant, but her father insisted she learn Spanish fluently so she could reach the Tejano audience he believed was waiting for her. She did the work, she learned, and that decision to learn a language, to bridge two worlds with her voice, ended up becoming one of the most defining things about who she was.

What Each Frequency Reveals:

Physical Karma 8:8 ~ The Emotional Ground

The 8 frequency is about emotional grounding and the capacity to connect. It’s the number of someone who reads a room instantly, meets people exactly where they are, and moves fluidly between very different worlds without losing themselves in the process.

When the 8 is flowing well it’s warm, steady, and genuinely curious about the inner lives of others. It builds bridges not through strategy but through presence, holding space without effort and connecting across every kind of difference.

In Selena’s life that light is unmistakable. Here was a woman performing in what had long been considered a regional genre, Tejano music, and yet she was filling the Houston Astrodome.

She reached people not because she performed for them, but because she genuinely saw them. Mexican-American families, working-class families who had never seen themselves on a big stage, suddenly had someone who looked like them and loved them back. She moved fluidly between American pop culture and Mexican traditions, between English and Spanish, and she always felt real in every room.

The shadow side of the 8 is that the same attunement that makes it so connective can also make boundaries difficult. The 8 can become so focused on other people’s emotional worlds that it loses touch with its own, taking on things that were never theirs to carry and staying in motion as a way of avoiding their own deeper waters.

That shadow may have shown up in the story of Yolanda Saldivar. The 8 can struggle to see where genuine connection ends and manipulation begins, especially with someone who mirrors their own warmth back at them.

Yolanda started as a devoted fan, became her club president, her boutique manager, her trusted inner circle. The 8 connects deeply and sincerely, and sometimes that sincerity makes it difficult to hold a firm boundary until the damage is already done. That relationship ended in tragedy in March of 1995 when Yolanda shot and killed Selena in Corpus Christi.

Physical Talent 7:7 ~ The Magnet

The 7 frequency is magnetic in the most literal sense. Not because of what you say or how you perform, but because of what people feel when you are near. The 7 is a catalyst, someone who activates healing and clarity in others simply by being fully themselves.

When the 7 is flowing well it becomes a living permission slip, a presence that makes people feel safe, seen, and more like themselves. In Selena’s life the talent side of this frequency was unmistakable.

Fans drove hours just to be in the same space as her. She remembered faces at meet and greets. She made people feel like the only person in the room. She was not trying to inspire a generation of young Latina artists. She was just being herself with her whole heart. And in doing that, she activated something in an entire culture that had been waiting to feel reflected.

The shadow of the 7 is withdrawal, because this frequency feels so much in any room it can become overstimulating, and the 7 can retreat into guardedness or isolation as a form of self-protection. They can become so attuned to what others need from them that they lose sight of what they themselves want, and the gift begins to feel like a burden rather than a natural expression.

It’s difficult to find that shadow clearly in Selena’s story. Not every frequency expresses its shadow with equal weight in a person’s life. What we can say is that the pressure of being that much light for that many people, at such a young age, may have carried its own quiet weight even if we never saw it from the outside.

Physical Goal 9:9 ~ The Dragon Power

The 9 is considered the strongest frequency in the entire Soul Contract system. It’s called the dragon power. It’s the frequency of the peacemaker and the sacred leader, someone who carries enormous force and learns over a lifetime to wield it with full integrity. The question this frequency is always asking is:

Will you own your power, or will you shrink from it?

When the 9 is flowing well it is fully embodied, grounded, and radiates a strength that feels safe rather than threatening. Selena on stage is a textbook 9.

Fully in her body, commanding tens of thousands, yet radiating warmth and joy rather than dominance, this is what sacred strength looks like for her. The 9 also shows in how she refused to stay small, expanding into boutiques, fashion design, and a crossover English album, and in her choice to marry Chris Perez despite family resistance at first. Not rebellion for its own sake. Power with integrity. The insistence of a woman who knew her own truth and would not make herself smaller to keep others comfortable.

The shadow of the 9 in the goal position includes giving power away, shrinking from visibility, or finding oneself in environments where others attempt to claim or suppress what belongs to you. The advanced lesson of this frequency is discernment, learning not just to give power generously but to protect it, to recognize when someone is drawn to your light not to be healed by it, but to feed off it.

That’s the bittersweet edge of Selena’s 9 story. She knew how to give. She walked in visible power with grace and warmth and lifted an entire community in the process. But she didn’t get enough time to fully learn how to shield herself. Her arc from little girl with a big voice to embodied divine authority for her people was compressed into fewer than 24 years. It was complete in its own way, even if it was not finished.

Spiritual Karma 5:5 ~ The Voice

The 5 frequency is about voice, communication, and pioneering new ways of being seen and heard. At its highest it is a visionary communicator, someone who doesn’t just share information but reshapes the way people understand themselves and what is possible for them.

When the 5 is flowing well the voice is clear, bold, and genuinely transformative. Selena crossed over into territory no Tejano woman had reached before, doing interviews in two languages, commanding stages that had never made room for someone like her, and saying something without saying a word every time she walked out in a custom bustier and a purple jumpsuit. Latina women belong here. Working-class families belong here. You are allowed to take up this much space.

The shadow of the 5 is silence. When this frequency is not yet moving freely the voice goes quiet. There can be deep shyness, self-censorship, or a fear of speaking up and being rejected or misunderstood. The 5 can also overcompensate, becoming so focused on delivering a message that it loses the warmth and spontaneity that makes the communication land.

In Selena’s life that shadow is visible in her early years. She was shy as a child, deeply shy. The girl who would grow up to command the Astrodome started out barely able to speak up. That early silence is the 5 shadow present before the voice is claimed. The karmic journey of this frequency is learning to speak from the inside out, and Selena made that journey fully.

Spiritual Talent 20:2 ~ The Movement

The 20 brings movement, expansion, versatility, and an explorer energy that never wants to stop growing. It’s resilient, inquisitive, and carries a natural ability to move between very different parts of life and still remain fully in each one. The 2 brings emotional sensitivity, relational wisdom, and the ability to see the bigger picture and hold space for others within it.

When these frequencies are working together, the result is someone who can move between different spaces, cultures, and expectations while helping people feel seen and comfortable in each one.

In Selena’s life, the 20 shows up in the constant forward motion of her story. She moved from local family performances to regional Tejano success to national recognition, always expanding, never content to stay in one lane. She was versatile in the most literal sense, moving between English and Spanish, music and fashion, family business and her own creative vision, all without losing the thread of who she was.

The 2 shows up in the emotional intelligence and warmth she brought to every interaction. She was deeply aware of how people felt. She framed her work as service to others, not just self-expression, and fans consistently described feeling genuinely seen by her rather than simply entertained.

The shadow of the 20 includes rigidity around beliefs, fear of disrupting established structures, and mood swings that can arrive without warning. The shadow of the 2 includes oversensitivity, poor judgment under emotional strain, and placing relationship ahead of caution. When both shadows run together, the result can find themselves carrying too much of other people’s emotional weight while struggling to trust their own discernment.

For Selena, this may have shown up in the tension between her expanding ambitions and the very controlled family and career structure she operated within. She was a young woman with a vast inner world inside a tightly managed system, loyal to both, and navigating the pull between them.

The Yolanda situation also reflects the 2 shadow, trusting too deeply, not fully reading the intention behind the bond, placing relationship ahead of caution until it was too late.

Spiritual Goal 15:6 ~ The Creative Offering

The 15 is the spiritual seeker, someone whose path moves in a spiral rather than a straight line, guided by gut instinct, intuition, and an expansive inner world. The 6 brings the creative force, visionary thinking, strong will, and the ability to build something focused and grounded from all that inner searching.

Together they describe a soul whose spiritual goal is to live from the inside out, allowing deep inner knowing to express itself through concrete, creative action in the world.

When these frequencies are flowing well the result is a life where creativity becomes medicine, where everything the person makes carries the full frequency of their soul. In Selena’s life the positive expression of this frequency is visible everywhere.

She didn’t follow the path that was handed to her. She designed her own stage outfits when she could have just worn what she was given. She opened boutiques when she could have just sung. She was building a beauty line and recording her first predominantly English-language album, the crossover dream she had been working toward for years, when she died. None of it was scattered. It was a visionary soul anchoring her inner world into form, creating not from obligation but from overflow.

The shadow of the 15 includes going in circles, taking on too many things at once, procrastination, and risk aversion when the path forward feels uncertain. The shadow of the 6 includes rigidity, frustration, and stubbornness when the vision is clear, but the world is not cooperating.

It’s difficult to find either shadow clearly in Selena’s story. What we can say is that she was working on multiple creative fronts simultaneously, music, fashion, beauty, and a crossover career, all at once, which carries the energy of the 15 trying to express itself through every available channel at the same time. Whether that felt expansive or overwhelming to her privately, we can’t know. What is visible from the outside is a soul that met this goal with full presence.

Soul Destiny 10:1 ~ The Service Soul

The 10:1 frequency is the service soul and was her ultimate purpose for this lifetime.

The 10 carries the energy of the divine masculine at its highest expression, a direct channel to something greater, with powerful intuition, healing ability, and the spiritual authority of Archangel Michael. It’s inventive, balanced between masculine and feminine, and deeply oriented toward service and manifestation.

The 1 brings stability, spiritual power, teaching ability, and a catalytic presence that moves things simply by being in the room. When these frequencies are flowing well the result is conscious, visible, spiritually rooted leadership that uplifts everyone it touches.

It’s worth noting that we see this frequency often in CEOs and builders, people who don’t just create something beautiful, but construct an entire world around their vision. Selena’s positive expression of this frequency is visible in how she turned the everyday into something sacred.

She channeled something healing and transcendent through very ordinary material things, which is exactly what the 10:1 is here to do. She was also quietly becoming what we would today call a “boss babe”, well before that term existed. Music, fashion, beauty, business, she was building an empire on her own terms, with her own aesthetic, rooted in her own community.

Her posthumous album Dreaming of You, her first predominantly English-language release, debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200. She had already won a Grammy and broken attendance records at the Houston Astrodome.

The shadow of the 10 includes possible father wounds or masculine imbalance, perfectionism, self-criticism, and a tendency to isolate rather than reach out for help. The shadow of the 1 includes compulsion, obsession, and a temptation to abuse power. The masculine imbalance piece for Selena is clear, but not painful in the way it sometimes is.

Her father Abraham was strict and made nearly every decision for the family band. The structure was imposed from above by a man who believed tightly managed discipline was the road to success, and he was not wrong that it worked. But the 10:1 is working through whether that drive comes from within, whether a woman can hold her own authority without someone else defining the terms of it.

Selena pushed back. She secretly married Chris Perez when her father forbade it. She had her own vision for her image, her clothes, her English album. She was learning in real time how to fully inhabit her own power, and she was getting there.

The 10:1 is a high frequency soul calling and the responsibility of conscious leadership. She was only beginning to fully step into hers when she died. And yet her service didn’t stop. It just changed form.

Her Lasting Impact

Selena’s life may have been cut short, but her impact reached far beyond her years. 31 years later, her music is still being downloaded, her image still lives on in murals, and a bronze statue and a museum curated by her family continue to honor her talent and her love of fashion. Fans who were not even born when she died still feel a grief that is real and personal.

How They Work Together

So does your Soul Contract match your astrological birth chart? Sometimes yes, and sometimes no, but both are meaningful.

When they align: You might have strong Mars in your natal chart and 3 (Mars) in your Soul Contract. This creates coherence. Your name and your birth moment are singing the same song. The energy flows naturally.

When they differ: You might have minimal fire in your natal chart, but 5 (Aries) in your Soul Contract. This creates interesting tension. Your soul chose Aries pioneering energy as part of your name frequency, but your natal chart might not support it naturally. This becomes a growth edge. You’re here to develop what doesn’t come easily.

When they’re layered: You might have Moon in Gemini in your natal chart and 16:7 (Capricorn + Gemini) in your Soul Contract. Now you’re carrying Gemini in multiple ways: emotionally (natal chart) and structurally through divine love work (soul contract). The Capricorn adds determination to your already-communicative Gemini nature.

The key insight: your natal chart shows your starting point. Your Soul Contract shows your soul’s intention. It reveals what you came here to do with those planetary energies, how you agreed to work with them, and what polarities you’re meant to master.

Working With Both Systems

I don’t see Soul Contracts and astrology as competing systems. They’re complementary maps of the same territory.

Your Soul Contract tells you: “Here’s what you agreed to do with all of that. Here’s the specific frequency you’re broadcasting. Here’s the polarity you’re meant to traverse. Here’s the layered complexity you’re here to integrate.”

When I read someone’s Soul Contract, I’m often curious about their birth chart too. Do they have conscious awareness of their Soul Contract frequencies? Are they living the positive or negative expression? Do they feel the tension between what their chart says and what their name carries?

Because here’s the thing: your birth name carries your original soul blueprint. It follows you everywhere. It’s on your birth certificate, your driver’s license, your email signature, your credit cards. Every single day, multiple times a day, you and others are speaking these frequencies into existence.

Of course, some people do choose to optimize their common name once they understand their chart. They might work with a new name legally or in daily use to shift the energies and support a challenging blueprint. But even then, your birth name remains your foundational contract. It's the agreement you made before you came here. Think of your birth name as the “cake” of your life, the structure that never changes. Your common name, which you can optimize, is the “icing”: an added layer of energy that sweetens and supports, but doesn't replace the foundation.

Your name is not a passive label. It’s an active invocation.

Moving Forward

Am I living the positive or negative expression of these frequencies?

Because that’s the real work. The planets are going to planet. The zodiac signs are going to sign. But whether you express the high or low side of your Soul Contract frequencies, that’s your choice. That’s your free will operating within your pre-birth agreement.

It’s hard to find someone who doesn’t love Betty White. Maybe it’s because for so many of us, she wasn’t just an actress. She was part of something we loved.

When I was living in New York, a friend came into town and we went to a Golden Girls drag show. It was one of the best things I’ve ever seen. They didn’t just play the characters, they became them. The timing, humor and energy… it was all there. You could feel why those women, and that show, have stayed with people for so long.

My sister and I always say we’re going to have our own version of it one day. Not in a house in Miami, but something more like land, space, nature. Each of us with our own home, but shared ground. Growing food, having animals, living close, but still independent. This is our own modern version, just with a little more acreage.

And honestly, I don’t think you have to be old to want that. I’d do it now if I could!

There’s a reason that idea feels so good. And there’s a reason Betty White was at the center of something that made so many people feel that way.

When you look at her Soul Contract, it starts to make sense.

Just Shy Of A Century

Betty White was born on January 17, 1922, in Oak Park, Illinois, and raised in Los Angeles. She lived 99 years, 3 weeks shy of 100, and worked almost all of them.

She became the first woman to produce a sitcom. She held the Guinness World Record for the longest television career by a female entertainer. She won 7 Emmy Awards across 7 decades. She was a tireless advocate for animals, a devoted stepmom, a deeply loyal friend, and, in her own words a big cockeyed optimist who never stopped being curious about what came next.

She never wanted to stop what she loved doing and said:

“Retirement is not in my vocabulary. They aren’t going to get rid of me that way.”

What Each Frequency Reveals:

Physical Karma 9:9 — The Power She Never Doubted

The 9 is the most powerful frequency in the system, and as a karma it carries an invitation to move from disempowerment toward the full embodiment of one’s authority. The shadow can include giving power away, doubting the channel, shrinking from leadership, or finding oneself in environments where others attempt to claim or suppress what belongs to you. The journey is toward what the system calls dragon power, a catalytic, grounding, protective authority that others feel before they can name it.

What’s fascinating about Betty White’s 9 karma is how little of the classic shadow we can actually find in her life. And that is worth saying directly, because it’s one of the things that makes this work so endlessly interesting. A frequency appearing in your chart does not mean you will live out every shadow expression it carries. Sometimes a soul arrives having already done much of that work, or chooses to work on only one specific thread of a frequency, spending the rest of its energy in the talent. We simply don’t always know how it will unfold and that is part of the mystery.

What we can say is that Betty White was born into an industry where power was male by default, and where a woman’s authority was something she had to claim rather than assume. That was her 9:9 karmic terrain. And within it, she did not give her power away.

When a television network expected her to remove Arthur Duncan, a black tap dancer and regular on her variety show, in response to pressure from segregationist affiliates, she refused. The rest of her life really shows what this frequency looks like in its talent. She became someone people just trusted. You didn’t have to think about it, you could feel it. And she had this way of making everyone around her better without taking over or trying to run the show. That’s the 9 in its fullness. It’s not loud, but it’s strong. Physical Talent 5:5 — The Empath Who Spoke the Truth

The 5 is a deeply empathic frequency, one that feels everything and carries an extraordinary sensitivity to the emotional atmosphere of any room. It’s also a pioneering frequency, one that leads not just in action, but in truth. The 5 often goes first, saying what others are feeling, but haven’t yet put into words, and doing it in a way that can open something in the people listening.

At its highest, the 5 is a powerful communicator, someone whose words don’t just land, they resonate. When it’s not fully expressed, that same sensitivity can turn inward. The voice quiets, the truth gets held back, and what was meant to move outward stays inside.

Betty was not a woman who left truth unspoken.

She built an entire philosophy around it, and it was not abstract. She believed integrity was something you worked at, not something that arrived on its own. She once said:

The 8 in the goal position is an invitation. The soul is working toward emotional groundedness, toward feeling rather than just thinking about feelings, toward genuine connection with the earth, with the body, with other people.

The shadow of the 8 goal is the soul that stays busy enough to avoid all of that, and thinks about emotions rather than inhabiting them. Fixes other people as a way of not sitting with its own interior. Develops the extraordinary chameleon ability to fit into any room, any genre, any situation, whether it wants to be there or not, without ever quite arriving.

The 8 also connects with animals and to nature, and often, if we are honest, finds them easier than people. Betty’s devotion to animals was not a celebrity cause. It was the organizing passion of her life. She donated to the Los Angeles Zoo, to wildlife foundations, to rescue organizations, and said repeatedly that if she could do it over she would have been a veterinarian or a zookeeper. The 8 often loves animals with a tenderness it does not always make as freely available to people, which is not a flaw. It’s the soul being honest about where it feels safest, and it is also the beginning of learning what genuine connection actually feels like.

The chameleon quality of the 8 showed up everywhere in her career. She could play naive innocence, sharp-tongued or warm maternal presence and deadpan absurdism, sometimes in the same scene. That is the 8’s ability to read a room deeply and blend in quite easily.

The goal was to bring that gift all the way in. To move from fitting into rooms… to actually being present in them, and you can feel that shift in her later years.

She had this way of making people feel immediately known. Not just entertained or impressed, but genuinely seen. There was something warm and real about her, not just skilled or adaptable. That’s someone who had done a lot of that work. Over a very long life, she learned how to stop adapting to the room and actually be in it.

Spiritual Karma 11:2 — The Builder Who Had to Find Her Footing

The 11 is a frequency of structure, intelligence, and the capacity to assemble things that last. It is also a frequency that can lose itself in codependency, depression, and the particular ache of not quite knowing where one belongs. The 2 within it adds emotional sensitivity and the long arc from foolishness toward wisdom.

Betty White’s early career was marked by a consistent pattern of building and then losing what she had built. She co-founded Bandy Productions in 1952 to make Life with Elizabeth, one of the first sitcoms produced by a woman. It ran for 3 years. Her variety show was cancelled when she refused to remove Arthur Duncan. Date with the Angels, a sitcom she was locked into contractually, was a critical failure she had to see through regardless. The 11:2 does not always get to keep what it builds on the first try. What it gets is the knowledge of how things are made, knowledge that does not disappear when the specific project does.

By the time she reached The Mary Tyler Moore Show in 1973 and The Golden Girls in 1985, the structure she knew how to build was inside her, not dependent on any single vehicle. She brought something fully formed to every room she walked into. That is the 11:2 finding the stability it was always meant to carry.

Spiritual Talent 20:2 — The Explorer Who Never Retired

The 20:2 has a polarity of war to peace, and in Betty’s life that was not just an inner journey. It showed up literally. She volunteered during World War II, working with the American Women’s Voluntary Services, doing the unglamorous, necessary work of keeping things together while the world was falling apart. The frequency announcing itself in the most direct way possible.

It’s versatile, inquisitive, resilient, and carries what the system describes as a never-retire energy: a soul that genuinely does not understand why it would stop reaching for what is next. At its shadow, it can hold rigidly to old patterns, resist change, or swing between moods without quite being able to explain why.

Betty White once said, when asked why she had not retired:

“Why retire from something if you’re loving it so much and enjoying it so much? What would I do with myself?”

That is the 20:2 speaking directly. This was a woman who, at 88, hosted Saturday Night Live for the first time after a fan campaign on Facebook. Who joined the cast of Hot in Cleveland at the same age and stayed for 5 seasons. Who voiced a character in Toy Story 4 at 97.

The 2 within the 20:2 brings the wisdom that accumulates over a long life of staying curious and open. By the end, she was clearly someone who had moved through enough of the extremes to have earned a very particular kind of perspective: uncomplicated gratitude. No bitterness about what had been hard. No performance of contentment. Just the real thing.

Spiritual Goal 7:7 — A Heart Held Open

The 7 is a love frequency. It is also the frequency of the heart that arrives guarded, that learns warmth through experience rather than assumption, and that becomes, over time, one of the great healers, precisely because it knows what it cost to get there.

Betty’s warmth was genuine, and it was not without structure. She was direct about what she believed. She was unequivocal about animal welfare, about human decency, about the basic principle she returned to again and again: she did not care what you did or who you loved. She cared whether you were a decent human being. That is the 7 in its fullness: objective, logical, and anchored in a love that is not sentimental so much as clear.

The 7 also carries the gift of being a networker and connector, the person whose presence creates a kind of coherence in a room. Betty was known for maintaining friendships across decades, for showing up for people, for keeping relationships alive in an industry that tends to be transactional. Her friendship with Lucille Ball and her working relationships with Carol Burnett & Mary Tyler Moore to name a few. She was also someone who could hold grief with a quiet grace that did not demand to be witnessed. The loss of Allen Ludden, her husband, when she was 59 did not make her bitter or withdrawn. She carried it, she spoke about it honestly when asked, and she kept going. That is the 7 at its most complete: a heart that has broken and stayed open anyway.

Soul Destiny 6:6 — The Manifester Who Built Something Lasting

The 6 is a frequency of catalytic creative power. Visionary, focused, strong-willed, it builds what does not yet exist and does so with a tenacity that outlasts obstacles. The shadow includes frustration at the resistance of the world, rigidity, and the particular isolation of someone who can see so clearly what is possible that the gap between vision and reality becomes exhausting.

As mentioned previously, Betty was the first woman to produce a sitcom. She was the first woman to receive the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Game Show Host. She helped redefine what television could do with older women, both through the cultural phenomenon of The Golden Girls in the 1980s and through her own refusal, in her 80s and 90s, to accept any narrative that said the best was behind her.

The 6 frustration showed up too. She fought to maintain creative control in an industry that was not accustomed to giving it to women. She watched good work get cancelled for reasons that had nothing to do with quality. She kept building anyway.

What she built outlasted her. The Golden Girls changed the cultural imagination of what women’s friendship and aging could look like on screen. Her advocacy for animals funded research and changed policy. The Guinness World Record she set for her television career stands as a kind of monument to what the 6 manifester can do when it refuses to stop.

She arrived at 99 having built something that could not be taken away.

The Life That Didn’t Need Explaining

If you try to reduce Betty White’s life to lessons, you’ll miss the point. She wasn’t here to be studied. She was here to experience life. To show what it looks like when someone trusts themselves fully, speaks honestly, loves deeply, and doesn’t see any reason to stop just because time says they should.

Her chart explains the architecture, but her life is what made it real. She didn’t rush. She didn’t retreat and she didn’t harden. She just kept showing up… as herself.

For nearly 100 years.

And if there’s a final word to give her, it probably wouldn’t be profound or heavy.

It would sound a lot more like her:

“It’s your outlook on life that counts. If you take yourself lightly and don’t take yourself too seriously, pretty soon you can find the humor in our everyday lives. And sometimes it can be a lifesaver.”

We are living through extraordinary times. The pace of technological change is unlike anything humanity has experienced before, and it can feel equal parts exciting and unsettling, depending on the day.

AI is everywhere now. It is woven into how we work, how we create, how we communicate, and increasingly, how we try to understand ourselves.

I sit somewhere in the middle when it comes to AI. I use it. It helps me in certain areas of running my business and my life, and I am not here to demonize it across the board. But I do think we are moving into it with far less discernment than the moment calls for, especially when it comes to our inner lives.

There is something concerning about how quickly we have handed over the most intimate parts of ourselves to a technology that is, at its core, a very sophisticated machine. Not everything is meant to be answered instantly. Not everything is meant to be interpreted without depth or context. The process of sitting with something, of not having the answer handed to you immediately, is part of how we actually grow.

And when it comes to using AI or ChatGPT to decode your Soul Contract, I want to explain why this is not going to give you what you are actually looking for.

AI is working from the wrong system entirely

This is where I want to start, because it’s the most practical and provable point, and I know this from personal experience.

I have tested it myself. I put my own birth name into AI and asked it to decode my frequencies. The information it returned was wrong. Not in a subtle way. Wrong in ways that would have sent me down a completely different path had I not already known my chart.

Here is why.

AI does not know the difference between standard Pythagorean numerology and the spiritual numerology that Soul Contracts are based on. These are not two versions of the same thing. They are fundamentally different systems working from entirely different foundations.

The Soul Contract system was channeled through Frank Alper and developed by Nicholas David Ngan. It uses Hebrew numerology to decode the vibrational frequencies held within your birth name. That’s a very specific methodology, a very particular lineage, and AI is not actually working from it.

But it goes deeper than that.

What most people don’t realize is that this system is not just numerology. Each frequency carries a corresponding astrological sign and a card from the Major Arcana of the tarot. These connections are part of how the frequencies are understood. The 6:6, for example, carries the energy of Taurus and corresponds to the Hierophant in the tarot. That adds an entirely different layer to how that frequency expresses itself.

When I have tested AI on these correspondences, it gets them wrong. It does not even recognize that these connections exist within this system, because it is not working from this system at all. So what you get back sounds coherent. It may even sound spiritual. But it’s not your chart, and it’s not this work.

Your Numbers Are Only The Beginning

This is where most people misunderstand what they are actually asking for.

Your Soul Contract chart gives you numbers. But those numbers on their own are just a starting point. They are not the interpretation.

Each frequency carries a full spectrum. There is a shadow expression, a higher expression, and a wide range in between. Where you are within that range is what actually matters. You cannot get that from a description.

I could take the 5 frequency and give you a general explanation of assertive, creative, courageous, manipulative, or won’t use their voice. It might resonate. You might even feel seen by parts of it, but that’s not the same as understanding how that frequency is actually operating in your life.

Where it sits in your chart matters. What it’s interacting with matters. Whether you are in the shadow of it or have already done work around it matters.

Without that, it’s just information. And information on its own, especially when it’s generic, unguided, and taken out of context, is incomplete.

Consciousness Is The Difference

A Soul Contract reading is not just an explanation of what your numbers mean. It’s a living conversation.

Your chart does not change, but you do. Where you are in your relationship to each frequency is constantly shifting as you move through your life.

A practitioner is not just looking at your chart. They are reading you within it. They can hear it in how you talk about your experiences. They can feel where something lands and where it does not. They can recognize when someone is still in the shadow of a frequency versus when they have started to move through it.

AI cannot do that.

It cannot feel the difference between someone who has integrated a frequency and someone who is still struggling inside of it. It cannot meet you where you are. It cannot adjust in real time.

So what it gives you is a description of a number, not a reading.

No Frequency Exists On Its Own

This is another piece people miss when they try to interpret their charts on their own or through AI. No frequency in your chart exists in isolation. A practitioner reads your chart as a whole system, feeling into how each frequency influences the others.

Take the 6:6 again.

In one person, it can show up as grounded, focused, strong, deeply connected to their ability to build and manifest. In another, it can show up as control, rigidity, frustration, blocked creativity, and a resistance to change.

Now layer in the rest of the chart.

One person may have other frequencies that soften that energy, bring flexibility, and help them move out of the shadow more easily. Another may have frequencies that amplify it, making the control stronger, the rigidity more entrenched, and the lesson more intense.

Those combinations change everything.

AI does not read that. It can’t hold the whole chart at once and feel how it moves together. It gives you pieces, separated from the system they belong to.

This Is Not About Rejecting AI

AI definitely has a place, but there is a difference between using it as a tool, and using it to understand something as nuanced and layered as your Soul Contract.

This work is not just about knowing what your numbers are. It’s about understanding how they are alive in you, and that requires more than information. It requires discernment. It requires experience. It requires someone who understands the system and can actually see you within it.

The most important insights about who you are do not come from a machine. They come from being seen clearly.

What I am not saying is that you need to jump straight into a full reading to begin this work. There is a difference between unsupported information and guided understanding.

When you are working within the actual system, with the correct frequencies, the correct structure, and a framework that helps you reflect on how those patterns are showing up in your life, information becomes something very different. It becomes a tool for awareness.

That is where self guided work can be just as powerful. Not as a replacement for deeper interpretation, but as a way to begin building a relationship with your chart in a grounded and intentional way.

So, where does that leave you?

If you have made it this far, something in this resonated. And, of course, I don’t think that’s an accident.

The soul does not stumble toward things randomly. If you are curious about your Soul Contract, if you have been circling this work and wondering whether it might hold something true for you, that curiosity is worth honoring. Not with a quick search or a chatbot, but with real time, real presence, and real depth.

Your chart has been waiting for you. The frequencies encoded in your birth name have been shaping your life since the moment you arrived here. Understanding them can change the way you see everything. Not simply as information, but as a reflection of the patterns you have been living, repeating, and moving through.

That’s where this work becomes real. When you can see it clearly, and begin to work with it intentionally.

I’ve always been intrigued by Amelia Earhart’s story.

Part of it is the mystery, of course. A disappearance that has never quite settled into a single answer has a way of lingering in the imagination. But for me it was also the feeling that there was something about her life that never fit neatly into the versions we were taught in school.

Some of the best explorations of her story, in my opinion, come from Josh Gates. His very first episode of Expedition Unknown begins with Amelia Earhart and is a fascinating deep dive into her disappearance. He revisited the mystery again recently in 2025 in American History’s Great Mysteries: Amelia Earhart Didn’t Crash, which explores newer theories about what may have happened in the final days of her flight.

The deeper you look into Amelia’s life, the more it becomes clear that the mystery of her disappearance is only one part of a much larger story.

Amelia Earhart disappeared over the Pacific Ocean on July 2, 1937, at the age of 39, somewhere between New Guinea and a tiny sliver of land called Howland Island. In between, she became the first woman to fly solo across the Atlantic, broke altitude records, set speed records, crossed the Pacific alone, wrote bestselling books, designed a fashion line, counseled generations of young women about their futures, and became one of the most famous people on earth. She did all of this in a world that was not built for her.

When I pulled her Soul Contract, I understood immediately why she didn’t always want to stay on the ground.

Physical Karma 7:7 - The Heart That Had to Break Before It Could Heal

The 7 is a love frequency of the heart, but as a karma, or challenge, it arrives as a wound first and a gift second. The lesson of the karmic 7 is deeply personal: the heart must be broken before it can truly open. These are souls who come in guarded, who learn early to show one face to the world and keep another entirely private. They can move through rooms full of people and still feel fundamentally unknown. The journey is from that concealment into genuine heart-led living.

The karmic 7 has a dualistic quality: warmly present in public, quietly unreachable in private. They are often gifted at projecting ease and openness while carefully controlling what anyone actually sees. They struggle to express how they really feel. They resist letting people find out what is truly going on inside them. And underneath all of it is a heart that does not yet trust that it is safe to be fully known.

It’s possible that Amelia’s father is part of the origin of this wound. Edwin Earhart was charming and loving when he was present, and unreachable when he was not. A child who grows up loving someone that inconsistent can absorb a lesson early: do not let yourself need too much. Do not trust what the heart wants. Whether that is what happened for Amelia we cannot know for certain, but the pattern shows up clearly. She was described by nearly everyone who encountered her as warm, direct, and immediately present.

And yet the people closest to her consistently sensed a guardedness they could feel but not quite name.

Publicly she was magnetic. Eleanor Roosevelt became one of her closest friends. Together they flew by night from the White House to Baltimore in evening clothes, turning a joyride into a statement about what women were capable of. She moved with equal ease through communities that had nothing in common except her presence in them. The 7 as networker and connector was fully alive in her. But that warmth had a careful architecture behind it. The private Amelia and the public one were not the same person, and she worked hard to keep it that way.

The higher expression of the karmic 7 is someone who has walked through enough heartbreak to understand it from the inside, and who uses that understanding to help others heal. Later in her life she would find her way to exactly that kind of work, sitting with people who needed someone to genuinely see them. That is the 7:7 karma finding its way toward the light it was always meant to carry.

Physical Talent 8:8 - The High-Frequency Soul Who Had to Learn to Land

The 8 is one of the most interesting frequencies in the system. These are high-frequency souls, often described as coming from somewhere else, who carry an extraordinary sensitivity to the world around them and a natural clairvoyance. At their highest, they are grounded, nurturing, deeply connected to the earth, and capable of remarkable success in the physical world. They are adaptable and attuned in a way others simply are not.

The shadow of the 8:8 is the soul does not want to be fully here. Ungrounded, commitment-phobic, emotionally avoidant, prone to staying in motion rather than settling. It does not want to feel what is happening in the body. It’s not that these souls are cold. It’s that the physical world is almost too much for them, too dense, too loud, too demanding, and so they develop ways of hovering just above it.

For Amelia, as a soul that likely struggled to be grounded, flying was the great paradox. Up in the air, away from the weight of society and its expectations and the density of other people's emotions, she could finally breathe. The cockpit was in many ways an escape, a place where an ungrounded soul could be completely present because the noise of the world could not follow her there.

And yet there is something else happening too. Flying was also the one thing she was utterly rooted in. It was where she knew herself without question. And in that rootedness, in the clarity and conviction she carried every time she climbed into a plane, she showed the rest of the world what it looks like to be fully grounded in who you are. It was a way she could help others remember their humanity simply by being rooted in hers.

However, nowhere is the shadow more visible than in her romantic life. This frequency is commitment-phobic and emotionally avoidant at its core, not because these souls do not feel, but precisely because they feel so much that intimacy becomes overwhelming. The solution is to stay in motion, keep the door slightly open, never fully land.

Amelia broke off an early engagement to Sam Chapman after years of circling it. She rejected George Putnam’s proposals five times. When she finally said yes, she handed him a letter on the morning of their wedding that was essentially a pre-negotiated exit clause and the emotional distance she needed to maintain inside a marriage. These were not coincidences. They were the 8:8 doing what the 8:8 does: finding every available reason to stay just above the ground

The gift of this frequency, when it lands, is a nurturing presence and an earth connection that others find deeply stabilizing. These are souls who acclimate to any room, any world, without performing it. They leave a powerful imprint without announcing themselves, understanding people intuitively, often without a word being spoken. We see it in the way immigrant families at Denison House trusted her immediately, in the deep mutual recognition of her friendship with Eleanor Roosevelt, in the many women who described time with her as something that genuinely changed them. The 8 heals through presence rather than words. And Amelia, when she chose to be fully in the room, did exactly that.

Physical Goal 6:6 - Building What Did Not Yet Exist

The 6 is the frequency of catalytic creative power. Visionary and strong-willed, the 6 can see what is possible before anyone else and has the focus and determination to build it. These are people who do not just participate in the world, they reshape it. At its highest, the 6 is a manifester, someone who brings ideas into being that outlast them.

The shadow of the 6 includes rigidity, frustration, anger at obstacles, and the particular kind of isolation that comes from seeing so far ahead that no one around you can quite follow. It also carries the thread of addiction, not necessarily one’s own, but sometimes the addiction of someone close, absorbed early and leaving a permanent imprint.

Amelia’s father’s alcoholism is the 6:6 shadow made personal. She grew up inside someone else’s addiction, absorbing its instability and its cost long before she had any idea what it was doing to her. The family moved repeatedly because of it. Her parents’ marriage collapsed because of it. She sold her first plane to help cover the financial wreckage it left behind. She became a lifelong non-drinker in direct response to watching what alcohol did to the man she loved. The 6:6 does not always give you the addiction directly. Sometimes it places you beside it, close enough to leave a mark, and then asks you what you are going to do with that.

In the higher expression, the 6:6 creative manifestation ran through everything she touched. She co-designed a line of functional clothing for active women when women’s fashion was still primarily focused on appearance rather than function. Purdue brought her on as a career counselor for women, a role the university built around her because nothing like it had existed before. She helped found the Ninety-Nines, the first international organization for female pilots. She was constantly building containers for a world that had not yet arrived.

The 6:6 frustration also showed up in small, telling ways. She had to write to the New York Times to ask them to stop calling her Mrs. Putnam. Repeatedly. That is the 6:6 shadow: the resistance of a world that wants to define you in terms it already understands, and the particular exhaustion of having to keep explaining yourself to it.

Spiritual Karma 19:1 - The Philanthropic Soul Under Pressure

The 19:1 is a deeply humanitarian frequency. At its highest, this is the soul with a genuine philanthropic nature, a resilience to society’s pressures, and a rare ability to bring spiritual energy into physical form. The 1 within it carries stability, healing power, and catalytic leadership rooted in the heart. These are people who sense what is needed and move toward it, not for recognition, but because the need is simply there.

The shadow of the 19 is the soul that has been so oppressed by society’s expectations that it struggles to hold its own ground. Low self-esteem living beneath a confident exterior. The temptation to misuse the power that accumulates around a person of this frequency. The emotional constraint that comes from carrying too much for too long. And underneath it all, a self-judgment so constant it becomes background noise.

Amelia moved toward need her entire life before she ever became famous. She left college to nurse wounded soldiers in Toronto. She worked with the urban poor at Denison House. She spent years teaching immigrant children basketball and English and the idea that their futures were not already decided. None of this was publicized. None of it was part of a brand strategy. It was simply the 19:1 doing what it does: finding the people who have been told their possibilities are small and refusing to agree.

The societal oppression of the 19 shadow was not abstract in her life. She was selected for her first transatlantic flight partly because she resembled Charles Lindbergh in appearance. She was not allowed to pilot the plane herself. She landed in Wales to one of the largest crowds in aviation history and immediately told the reporters that she had done nothing, that she was just baggage. That is not false modesty. That is the 19:1 shadow speaking: the voice of a woman who has absorbed so many messages about what she is not allowed to be that she cannot fully receive what she has just done.

The 19:1 in its fullness accepts its power without apology. By 1932, when she flew the Atlantic solo, she had found it. She accepted the Distinguished Flying Cross, not as a novelty, but as confirmation. She accepted it on behalf of something larger than herself, which is always how this frequency is most comfortable holding power: not as personal achievement, but as proof of what is possible.

Spiritual Talent 12:3 - Self-Love, Justice, and the Joy of Teaching

The 12 is a self-love frequency. Not self-promotion, not self-performance, but something more radical: the willingness to accept yourself as you actually are, and to build a life around that truth, rather than the life others expect of you. It also carries a deep sense of justice, the understanding that self-love without equity for others is incomplete.

For Amelia, self-love looked like a woman who wore trousers when women wore skirts, who kept her own name when marriage demanded she surrender it, who wrote on her wedding morning:

“I may have to keep some place where I can go to be myself now and then, for I cannot guarantee to endure at all times the confinements of even an attractive cage.”

She loved who she was. She was not willing to trade that away. That is the 12 loving itself.

The justice thread ran through everything she built. Co-founding the Ninety-Nines so female pilots would have an organization that could fight for them. Supporting the Equal Rights Amendment. Lobbying for women in engineering and aviation. She did not just live her freedom. She worked to make sure the door stayed open behind her.

The 3 within the 12:3 gave her a genuine love of teaching. She sat on dormitory floors with Purdue women and talked with them about what they actually wanted. She taught immigrant girls to play basketball. She gave lectures across the country not to be seen, but because she loved the moment when something she said landed in someone and opened a door. That joy in passing things on is the 3 at its most beautiful.

The shadow of the 12 is real and worth naming. The 12 can follow its mission down rabbit holes, keep saying yes, keep adding the next cause until the well runs dry. Overextension. Emotional overload. Fear of failure disguised as momentum. There is an exhaustion in the accounts of Amelia’s final years. A woman who had given so much for so long that the round-the-world flight was partly just something she finally wanted to do for herself, before the next obligation arrived.

Spiritual Goal 2:2 - Foolishness to Wisdom

The 2 frequency carries one of the most honest journeys in the system: the path from foolishness to wisdom. This does not mean the 2 is foolish in the trivial sense. It means they arrive carrying an emotional sensitivity so acute that before it’s integrated it can look like poor judgment, overreaction, or a failure to see what is right in front of them. The shadow of the 2 includes insecurity, lack of common sense in matters of the heart, and an emotional resilience that has not yet learned to hold itself steady.

The higher expression is remarkable. The 2 who has done its work becomes one of the great counselors. Objective, wise, able to see the bigger picture without losing the sensitivity that got them there. These are people who have felt their way through the extremes and come out the other side knowing something essential about the human heart.

We see the 2:2 journey across Amelia’s life clearly. The earlier chapters carry the shadow: the attachment to an alcoholic father she could not save, the engagement to Sam Chapman she eventually ended after years of uncertainty, the six refusals of George Putnam followed by a marriage she approached with profound ambivalence. These were not failures of character. They were the 2:2 working through its lesson in the most human way possible: by feeling everything and slowly learning what that feeling is telling her.

The wisdom came. By the time she was counseling women at Purdue, the 2:2 was fully in its gift. She could see what each young woman needed, could hold both the bigger picture of what women’s lives could become and the specific, tender reality of the woman sitting across from her. That is the 2 in its wisdom: sensitive and objective simultaneously, emotional resilience hard won and freely offered to others.

Soul Destiny 9:9 - The Channel Who Carried Protection

The 9 is one of the most powerful frequencies in the system. It is described as dragon power, the channel, the peacemaker, the soul under divine protection. At its highest, the 9 is catalytic in the deepest sense: a force of discernment and leadership that can do almost anything it commits to. These are souls who carry a quality of authority that others recognize without being able to explain it. Not charisma exactly. Something older than that.

The shadow of the 9 is the misuse of power. Victim mentality. Giving away the very authority that is the soul’s greatest gift. Vanity. A resistance to embodying the full power of what one carries because the weight of it feels like too much.

Amelia’s Soul Destiny was to step fully into that power. Her entire arc was the story of a woman moving toward it, one flight at a time. The early years carry the shadow: the woman who lands in Wales to a world-sized reception and says she was just luggage. The woman who needed to be told six times that she was worth committing to before she could believe it. The woman who spent years letting others pilot the plane she was meant to fly.

And then, slowly, the 9:9 came into its fullness. By 1932 she flew the Atlantic alone, at night, through ice and storm, and when she landed in a field in Northern Ireland she was not apologetic about what she had done. She went on to cross the Pacific. To break altitude records. To build organizations and programs and institutions. To stand before Congress and receive honors with her name on them.

The 9 also carries something the system calls protection from God, and whether you read that literally or symbolically, there is something in Amelia’s story that holds it. She flew in conditions that should have killed her multiple times. She flew through an Atlantic storm in 1932 with flames coming from the engine and ice forming on the wings, descended from fifteen thousand feet to within a few hundred feet of the ocean waves, and landed safely. She walked away from crashes that ended other pilots’ careers. Something kept her until it didn't. And even then, she left this earth plane doing what she loved.

The Life That Made Sense From the Beginning

Amelia came in with a heart that needed to learn to stay open, and she opened it to strangers in immigrant kitchens and hospital wards and dormitory hallways.

She came in with a soul that did not quite want to land, and she found the one place, the cockpit, where being above the earth was not avoidance, but purpose. She came in with a destiny that required her to embody her full power, and she moved toward it one flight at a time, from luggage to legend.

She was a philanthropist before she was a pilot. A teacher before she was famous. A builder of structures for women who would come after her before anyone knew her name.

Her frequencies were not a fixed path. They were possibilities, each one carrying both shadow and invitation. She did not avoid the hard parts, none of us do, but she moved through them and kept going.

Nearly a century later, the mystery of where her flight ended still captures the world’s imagination. But the deeper story was never just about where Amelia Earhart disappeared.

It was about how far a woman could go when she refused to stay where the world expected her to land.

The 42–49 Cycle: Living What You’ve Learned

There’s a reason so many people describe their 40s as either the most empowering years of their life or the most destabilizing.

Between 42 and 49, we enter another cycle. If 35 to 42 was about awakening, this one is about embodiment.

The soul matures around every 7 years. But this cycle carries a different kind of weight.

In spiritual numerology, explored through Soul Contracts, life unfolds in energetic phases that shape the lessons and growth we experience at different ages. A Soul Contract is a numerological map based on your birth name that reflects the themes your soul matures through over time.

If you have not read my previous post, Spiritual Awakening Or Midlife Crisis? What Really Happens Between 35 & 42, I recommend starting there. That cycle explains the unraveling that often has to happen before embodiment becomes possible.

Because before this phase, you have already been cracked open.

You have lived through love, loss, career shifts, identity changes, disappointment, reinvention. The masks have already started falling. The awakening has already happened, whether gently or dramatically.

Now life asks a new question.

Will you live by what you say you believe?

This cycle is not about discovering your truth. It is about inhabiting it.

If you did the inner work during the previous cycle, this period can feel powerful. There is less interest in approval. Less desire to perform. More clarity about what actually matters. You want a whole life, not a curated one. Alignment becomes more important than image.

But if awakening was avoided, numbed, or postponed, this cycle can feel like a breakdown.

What was ignored now becomes physical. Emotional. Structural. The body may speak louder. Relationships that were tolerated become unbearable. Careers built on obligation begin to feel suffocating.

Discomfort intensifies because embodiment cannot be bypassed. The more you avoid yourself, the louder life becomes.

This is not punishment. It’s pressure to live honestly.

How This Life Cycle of Embodiment Unfolds

While everyone experiences this cycle differently, there is a general rhythm to how the soul matures between 42 and 49. Each year carries a distinct frequency that influences what is being embodied, tested, or stabilized. Think of this less as a rigid timeline and more as a pattern many people recognize in hindsight.

42 – Frequency 6:6 | Alignment and Focused Power
This year often feels like a declaration. After the awakening cycle completes, 42 brings concentrated creative power. You may feel more focused, more discerning, and less willing to waste energy. Manifestation becomes stronger because you are clearer. On the shadow side, frustration, anger, or rigidity can surface if you are still trying to force outcomes rather than embody truth.

43 – Frequency 7:7 | Heart Truth and Integration
At 43, the heart becomes central. This is a year of integration. Are you living in alignment with what you say you value? Themes of trust, emotional honesty, and heart healing surface. Some experience deep relationship healing. Others confront emotional suppression or isolation. The work here is to open without losing yourself.

44 – Frequency 8:8 | Grounded Spiritual Power
This year pulls embodiment into the physical body. You may become acutely aware of your nervous system, your health, your boundaries. There is high spiritual sensitivity here, but it must be grounded. Real life themes can include career visibility, stepping into leadership, or addressing health patterns that were previously ignored.

45 – Frequency 9:9 | Embodied Leadership and Power
This carries catalytic leadership energy. You may feel called to guide, protect, or lead in some way. Your voice strengthens. Your discernment sharpens. This can be a year of stepping fully into your authority. On the shadow side, issues around power misuse or giving your power away may surface. The question becomes, are you owning your strength?

46 – Frequency 10:1 | Integrity and Inner Authority
This is a recalibration year. Themes around divine masculine energy, self leadership, and integrity surface strongly. Some confront father wound patterns or authority struggles. Others finally trust their intuition without needing permission. This year often restructures how you show up in business, relationships, and responsibility.

47 – Frequency 11:2 | Structural Integrity and Maturity
This year tests what you’ve built. The 11 carries builder energy, asking whether your life structures reflect your truth. When aligned, this can be a powerful year of strengthening and formalizing. If not, the cracks are hard to ignore, and restructuring can feel heavy or intense until integrity is restored.

48 – Frequency 12:3 | Self Love and Expression
This carries self love, teaching, and communication energy. By this point, you are no longer expressing to be seen, but expressing because it’s true. Many feel called to mentor, create, or share more openly. It is a year of expression without apology. The lesson is to give without self abandonment.

49 – Frequency 13:4 | Divine Mother and Sustainable Stability
This year grounds the entire cycle. There is wisdom here. Compassion. Stillness. Themes of legacy, abundance, and emotional safety surface. For some, mother wound patterns rise for final healing. For others, this is the year they finally feel internally rooted. What you build now has endurance.

Integration, Reflection, and What This Means for You

If you are between 42 and 49, ask yourself honestly:

Am I living what I know?
Where am I still performing?
What does my body tell me that my mind tries to override?

The awakening cycle cracks you open, but the embodiment cycle asks you to stand in what you found. If this cycle feels powerful, honor that. You have likely been listening. If it feels destabilizing, do not assume you are behind. It may simply mean your soul is insisting on congruence.

I have seen how universal this rhythm is. The timing may be similar for many, but the way it unfolds is deeply personal. Your specific chart reveals where embodiment will feel natural and where resistance may surface.

This cycle is not about becoming someone new. It’s about finally living as who you already are and embodying all that you have learned.

When I started researching Lucille Ball’s life, I discovered something I had never noticed before. She died on April 26, 1989. My birthday.

I was five years old that year, completely unaware that one of the most iconic women in television history had just left the world on the same day my little life marked another year.

And there was another strange connection.

Years ago, when I was living in New York, I went to meet a friend at an apartment in Manhattan. A friend of hers was letting her stay there temporarily. It was a small studio tucked beneath a brownstone, the kind of quiet, tucked-away place you might walk past a hundred times without noticing. At some point in the conversation, she mentioned that it had once been one of Lucille Ball’s first apartments when she was starting out in the city.

At the time it felt like a small, curious detail. Now, after studying her life and her Soul Contract, it feels a little different.

Because before she was Lucy Ricardo, she was just Lucy. A young woman in New York trying to figure out who she was supposed to become.

Before the World Knew Lucy

A little girl from Jamestown, New York who lost her father when she was three years old. Whose mother remarried and left. Who bounced between relatives, between towns, between versions of herself, searching for something she could not yet name.

By the time she was a teenager she had already lived in four different cities. Not by choice. Movement was simply what life was. And in a way, it never stopped.

Lucille Ball left for New York City at fifteen with one clear intention: to become an actress. What she got instead was a drama school that wrote to her mother saying she was wasting everyone’s time. That she was too shy, too quiet, too unremarkable to ever make it.

She kept going anyway.

She modeled for department stores. She posed for cigarette posters. She appeared in more than 80 films, most of them small, most of them forgettable. She tried on different names. Montana. Diane Belmont. She bleached her hair platinum blonde to resemble what Hollywood said a star was supposed to look like.

She was fired from four different shows, but she kept going anyway. But this is not really a story about persistence.

When we look at Lucille Ball’s Soul Contract, we find something much more specific. Much more deliberate. We find a soul built for a particular kind of journey. One that looked like wandering on the outside, but was actually something else entirely.

She was mapping herself. And when the map was finally complete, she built something the world had never seen before.

And that journey begins with her Physical Karma.

Physical Karma 22:4

Ugliness to Beauty: Turning Rejection into Genius

Every Soul Contract begins with karma. Not punishment. A starting point. The doorway through which the soul enters its life.

For Lucy, that doorway was the body itself.

As a teenager, after recovering from a severe case of pneumonia, she began experiencing intense pain in her knees and legs that appeared to be rheumatoid arthritis. She could barely stand. The modeling work she had begun pursuing stopped almost immediately.

The body she needed to build a career on had suddenly become unreliable. And then Hollywood told her she wasn’t beautiful enough anyway.

This was the 1930s. The sculpted, porcelain glamour of that era was not Lucille Ball’s face. She struggled for roles and often developed what people described as a confident façade. Underneath it, she was a young woman being told again and again that her body and her face were wrong.

The 22:4 carries the polarity of “Ugliness to Beauty.” In its shadow this polarity can appear as extremes. The body becomes a source of shame. Beauty feels conditional, external, something granted by others rather than something inherent.

But the deeper purpose of the 22:4 is transformation, not surface change, but the kind where the very thing that once looked like a limitation becomes the soul’s greatest gift.

When Lucy finally found the medium that fit her, television, a live studio audience, and a sitcom called I Love Lucy, everything changed. She played Lucy Ricardo, a mischievous housewife constantly dreaming up schemes that went hilariously wrong.

She was physically fearless. Her face could stretch into expressions that seemed almost elastic. Her whole body became part of the joke. She was willing to look ridiculous, to fall apart, to fail spectacularly in front of millions of viewers. She turned the very thing Hollywood once dismissed into genius.

And she once explained it simply:

Also, the 4 in its light carries abundance and trust. And when she stopped trying to be beautiful according to someone else’s definition, that abundance flowed. She became the most recognizable face in the world.

Not in spite of the 22:4, but because of it.

Physical Talent 18:9

Courage and Consequence: Learning How to Hold Power

The 18:9 carries the frequency of past life wisdom and the ability to make hard decisions and follow them through. Many people with this frequency are service souls, here to contribute something larger than their own personal success.

In shadow, however, the 9 often appears as giving power away. Letting someone else speak for you. Allowing your authority to be carried by someone else.

Lucille Ball lived both sides of this frequency.

When CBS offered to adapt her radio show My Favorite Husband for television, she agreed on one condition. Her real life husband, Desi Arnaz, had to play her husband on screen. CBS refused. They believed American audiences would never accept a Cuban man with an accent in that role.

She didn’t back down. Instead, Lucy and Desi spent an entire summer touring the country performing a live comedy act together. Night after night they proved the chemistry worked. Audiences loved them. Only then did she return to CBS.

That is the 18 at full strength. Holding a decision and carrying it through until the world catches up.

And her words are exactly that:

But the shadow of the 9 appeared in her marriage.

Desi Arnaz was charismatic, brilliant, and volatile. His affairs and drinking were widely known in Hollywood, and their relationship was often turbulent behind the scenes. She remained deeply devoted to him and tolerated years of instability before finally accepting that the marriage could not survive.

She later admitted that she stayed unhappy for far longer than she should have. This is one of the ways the 9 shadow can appear. A powerful person who is capable of extraordinary leadership in the world can still struggle to hold that same power inside themselves, and even a relationship.

And yet the higher purpose of the 18:9 eventually emerged.

Lucy and Desi had originally created Desilu Productions, the television studio behind I Love Lucy, so they could maintain creative control over their show. After their divorce, she bought out Desi’s shares and became the sole head of the company. At the time, this made her the first woman to run a major television studio in Hollywood.

Under her leadership, Desilu produced groundbreaking shows such as Star Trek and Mission: Impossible, programs that imagined new futures and expanded what television could be. She later sold the company for $17M, which was an extraordinary sum at the time.

The same woman who had once struggled to assert herself within her marriage ultimately became one of the most powerful figures in the television industry.

Physical Goal 7:7

Magnetism of the Heart: The Star and the Hermit

The 7:7 carries the frequency of the heart. Love, truth, communication and extremely magnetic connection.

It also carries one of the loneliest shadows in the chart. The person who gives warmth to everyone while keeping their own inner world carefully sealed.

One of the most famous moments in television history came when Lucille Ball wrote her real life pregnancy into I Love Lucy. The episode “Lucy Goes to the Hospital” aired January 19, 1953, the same day she gave birth to her son, Desi Arnaz Jr. Nearly 44M Americans watched that night.

At the time, television censors would not even allow the word “pregnant” to be spoken. Characters were described only as “expecting” or “with child.” Lucy Ricardo’s pregnancy changed that and opened the doors to the authenticity we see today.

That kind of reach cannot be explained by talent alone. That is magnetism. That is someone whose emotional frequency resonated in the hearts of an entire country. And yet Lucille Ball kept many things hidden. She rarely spoke about her health. She kept her rheumatoid arthritis private for most of her career. She performed through the pain and protected the world from seeing it.

The star and the hermit lived side by side. The deeper challenge of the 7:7 is integration. Allowing the private self and the public self to become one. It’s possible she never fully crossed that bridge.
